Hi, I recently bought the vacuum cleaner but I see that it is a little heavy, I do not know if it is a factory defect but I notice that the tires do not roll well. Did this happen to you too?
Haha I would say you're smart and motivated! I totally get it. I ran a professional cleaning business for 12 years. It's really hard to find a good cleaner. Hopefully this machine helps a little bit. Thanks for watching!
You say "pull" like "pool". I'm guessing that's a local accent. Curious on what part of the country you're from. Thanks for the video. So much better than trying to figure out your average manual!
Please please people, dont dump that dirty down your sink (unless it's a laundry room or garage sink, because those are typically piped to your black water), or flush it down the toilet. Your black water pipes are the only ones that are equipped to take such debris. With that being said thank you very much for teaching me how to use my crosswave.
i just bought mine a month ago. and i HATE IT.. honestly . Ive tried a couple of cleaning just to give it chance but all my cleaning has become more messier and a lot MORE work to do then what I expected. Mine absolutely does not suck nor clean properly. It leaves a wet dirty hard floor and really yucky looking rugs. Looking at this video, my machine does not do anything that this reviews saying. Please help. is my machine broken?
Throw the dirty water out into the garden not down the sink or toilet bowl because despite the filters there is nearly always clogged dust . Also if you pour clean water into the tray and switch on the machine with the handle titled back this cleans the roller so you don’t have to keep taking the roller in and out
Does it function without water as well? I have two cats and three bunnies, lots of furrrr. I am not sure if this device is capable to handle heavy vacuuming rather than washing clean surfaces
Yes it works pretty good for picking up dry hair. I did a test video here if you’d like to check it out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-yoUI6nQ2EgU.html
I’m happy with it. We have all hard surface floors throughout the house so it’s helpful when I clean all the floors at once. It’s not faster than mopping the floor manually but does a good job. Crumbs or dirt in corners or around the edges don’t always get picked up. It was around $320 at the time I purchased it.
How does the vacuum feature do on vinyl flooring and throw rugs? I assume you would want to vacuum then mop every time and not just use this unit for spills or mopping.
You don't have to vacuum first this vacuums and along with mopping. I have recently started using this on the vinyl floors in the commercial buildings I clean and they come out fantastic
I’m not sure off the top of my head. Let me take a look and I’ll follow up. Is it leaking from around the cap area where you would fill it up with water?
It’s not 100% self clean. You fill the tray with water and then you need to manually turn the machine on and tilt the handle back for the brush to turn on. By the time I’ve done all that it’s faster and easier for me to just pop the brush out and wash it off. But either way works.
