A very informative video overall, Lee. Your reference to the noise of the barcode reader function is odd though? Barcode readers are usually silent. The pulsing noise you refer to is more likely to be the machine’s water pump initially ‘priming’ the coffee pod with a small amount of hot water to slowly dampen the coffee inside the pod, just prior to it pumping the hot water through in a constant stream. By doing so, the coffee extraction process is more effective.

I know the water being drawn through the machine noise this is definitely the barcode reader sliding across and making a noise while reading the barcode

No, it's definitely the pump, not the barcode reader. The barcode reader is silent and doesn't even move.

The Bosch cartoon graphic instructructions are pants. 58 drawings and that's just to get it to where the it's ready to us. Couldn't find out what the plastic, so called t disc is for. This shows I don't keep it in when making a coffee. Just the capsule upside down. Also not illustrated. PS what is the b***** t disc for?

The T disc is to be used in the machine if you only want instant hot water, also used for the cleaning process of the machine. Which is important or the pipes inside can build up limescale

well... Before the end of it filling the cup while the light is still flashing press and hold the button until it is nearly full the way you want it and by the time it takes to stop your cup should be full!!!!

Hi! I'm staying at an airbnb right now and they have this kind of coffee machine. There is no manual here, nothing so I can't figure out what it means when there's only the start button glowing in orange color, it won't do anything except in the split second when it had the green light but the coffee I could make is not even an espresso size although it was a cappuccino according to the bar code 😅 and it went back to being just orange. I guess I should just forget it.

I do have a video on this too. However If you look in the back of the machine there should be a Yellow Disc the cleaning disc. It is a yellow Disc with a barcode on it. If you find this disc insert the Yellow Disc and hold the button that is glowing orange. Until water starts to come out of the machine. Leave a big cup underwear 🩲 to catch the water. (Keep an eye on the machine until it has finished its cycle) Sometime the pipes inside get blocked this cleaning process will unblock and flush the pipes inside.

I put coffee cream pod, it lights up the second green light which has a + sign. When I click it, it blinks and doesn't start. What should I do?

Turn the machine off and try again with a new pod. Once the pod has been punched open sometimes they work sometimes not. If the problem is still the same. Try using the T-Disc on its own to flush through some water. Also hold the button in until the cleaning cycle begins Allow the cleaning cycle to finish. Please keep an eye on this as sometimes the cup will over flow with water a large cup or jug is recommended. Then try again.

This normally indicates no power unless it is lighting up then I would guess it is a sensor in the machine not being active / broken. I had this happen to a machine of mine and had no choice but to purchase a new one.
