We'd recommend against using abrasive cleaners, like toothpaste, to avoid causing any damage to the aligners. Use it daily, morning and evening, for 1 week. Make sure to brush your teeth before starting - it’ll help the teeth whitening absorb better. Remove the cap and slowly twist the bottom of the pen until you see a droplet of gel form in the brush. Using a circular motion, brush the gel on your 6 top and 6 bottom front teeth. The gel will foam and penetrate your teeth. Continue to slowly twist the bottom of the pen to dispense more gel as needed until your 6 top and 6 bottom teeth are covered. After 5 minutes, spit out the excess foam if needed - but don’t rinse, eat, or drink for 20 minutes after you’re done with the treatment. The teeth whitening formula will continue to absorb into your teeth. For a continuously bright smile, whiten for one week every six months. 💜

im not sure if you ever got an answer for this but flossing can irritate and/or cut your gums. irritated gums are sensitive and the formula on whitening products will burn the ever living jesus out of irritated or cut gums.

Hello 👋Thanks for reaching out. Our bright on™ whitening gel contains hydrogen peroxide. Hydrogen peroxide is what whitens your teeth. It works by opening tubules (think of pores) on the enamel of your teeth and penetrates to the dentin, where the stains and color actually live.

Hi there, Will. Not at all. Feel fee to whiten the area you are most concerned with. Brush the gel onto your front top and bottom teeth in a circular motion and wear for 5 minutes. The gel will lightly foam as it penetrates. After 5 minutes, spit out the excess foam. Do not rinse, eat, or drink for 20 minutes. The teeth whitening will continue to absorb into your teeth. 😊

Hey there, happy to assist here. Be sure your power adapter is fully plugged into your phone's port and is clear of any debris. Your device must remain in an active state -- not in sleeping most or with a locked screen, otherwise the light may shut off. Simply unlock your phone and check that it is charged so that it can properly power the LED light for the full treatment time. If the light will not turn on with your phone, we recommend testing the device by plugging the cord into another powered USB port. 💜

Use morning and evening daily for 1 week. Brush teeth first - do not floss. Open the bright on pen and slowly twist the bottom until gel is visible on the brush. Brush the gel onto your front top and bottom teeth in a circular motion and wear for 5 minutes. The gel will lightly foam as it penetrates. Avoid putting gel on your gums. After 5 minutes, spit out the excess foam. Do not rinse, eat, or drink for 20 minutes. The teeth whitening will continue to absorb into your teeth.

@@siennammp4492 I used it about 6 times and I just didnt notice any difference. You do get a toneof product though, alot more uses than they say. I notice more whitening when I rinse with a whitening toothpaste. Ask around, get other opinions , maybe its just me :)
