इन चरणों का पालन करें:- 1) अरंडी के तेल को गर्म कर लें. 2) इसे अपने बालों या दाढ़ी पर लगाएं. 3) 5-10 मिनट तक धीरे-धीरे मसाज करें. 4) अपने तकिए को किसी पुराने तौलिये से ढककर सोएं। 5) फिर अपने बालों को किसी प्राकृतिक शैम्पू से धो लें. बेहतर परिणामों के लिए सप्ताह में कम से कम 3 बार इन चरणों का पालन करें😊

I'm also using castor oil with 3-4 drops of rosemary oil it works my hair was really getting thinner day by day then i started to apply these oil and boom new baby haira started to grow obv after oiling hair breaks honge that's the dead hair but don't stop using .... trust me it'll take time but it will work
