yup you have to be very soft, I use it softly and it takes the hair off and my skin is baby smooth not red nor irritated just be sure to do it softly very softly it is basically sanding and I wouldn't have bought it if I don't have strawberry legs but I do and nothing works for me except for this :)
@@CuriousRobyn it’s best to use on wet skin (wet from warm water), but if your skin is sensitive then I don’t think it’s gonna be that safe for you. Unless you’re super super soft with the pressure when applying it. The reason why I have the patience for this Crystal hair remover is because I have strawberry/chicken legs so nothing leaves me skin super irritated and chicken like with bumps all over. But if other methods of shaving work great for you. You don’t need to try this or if you find it for cheap somewhere available close by then give it a chance. (Advice: don’t be tricked by the more expensive ones, they’re all more or less the same, it’s just the vendor rising the price)
