Hey um, another better way to setup the domain to xampp is : 1. Enable port forwarding for your server on the router , port number is :80 . It'll share your router's public ip. 2.Go to your domain registrar , create an 'A' record . 'A' records value: 3. Wait 24 hours. 4. Boom! Now SSL 5. For the SSL , the rest of this video.

Yes, because as you see in the video...the https setuped in the computer... So it working only on the same device...
