Thanks again Casey, always so good to be reminded, love your content,Need some advice, is it a good idea to have 1 device (notebook/laptop) which is ONLY used for trading and another 1 for everyday use. I'm think having 1 dedicated for cryto trading with all the necessary VPN, Malware protection, wallets,platform etc. just to keep things separate as my kids sometimes use my notebook for school projects, sometimes I need to connect from remote places etc. Can you suggest any laptop/devices which would be suitable for crypto trading?
What is the difference between malware, vpn, and the coinguard? You used coinbase to create a wallet, but does this require all the kyc's that using the whole coinbase app requires?
And this is why in the years ahead it will be the nerds who rule the earth. That is aside from the struggling 63 year old nerds with failing short term memory who still need work to get together some equity for one last try to get it right (like myself). Maybe 10/15 years ago I would have had the mental capacity to confidently navigate through these steps but the mountain in-front of me is growing every day and it’s starting to seem an impossible proposition. The real kicker was that there is still a tax element required. I thought that was the purpose of some of the extensive tasks on the path to finally making a trade, the anonymity, not too mention the fees- which by the way Casey - aside from your exhaustive and amazing efforts to explain or link to an explanation, still left me guessing - probably a me thing. All this while those initial steps also require expenses for hardware and software that I’m wondering if I’ll ever get to use. You are amazing Casey. And I wish I was 35. : )

Amazing share yet again Casey. I believe you posted something similar to this video months ago & let me just say thank you for all this information. I literally followed these directions to a T and I feel so much safer and aware while diving into all these DEXes and connecting all these wallets. This information is flippin gold!! Portfolio tracking is the difficult part for me at the moment. I have coinstats, but I'm still struggling on getting all the coins on the app. Some coins don't carry over the history, like average cost spent on the coin. I'm wondering if maybe you can do a deep dive tutorial video on using coinstats. Thanks again and have a great day!!

I'd love your take on specific trading vehicles (stops/limits/et-al) for an AltCoin strategy when we believe that coin will rise significantly. That is, I want to lock in the gain, bail if it starts to decline too much, and then move the sell window up as the coin grows in value. So, as you advise: Take the gains when you can; invest in other places; rinse/repeat. If I'm smart along the way, I'll move some of those gains in BTC/ETH for long term HODL, right?

I understand that storing a piece of paper with phrase words in multiple locations increases that chance that you will not lose just a single record of the passphrase. But in doing this, don't you also increase the chances that one of these manual documents is discovered by somebody else? If I understand correctly, just one of those pieces of paper with the passphrase could result in accessing the account and redirecting funds. Is there some game theory analysis on the trade offs between security from loss versus security from discovery. It would seem like the strategy of loss prevention versus discover prevention are working against one another.
