Great video! Very well done. All would’ve gone perfectly if I remembered to go and verify my email, as was explained. I tried to get in before doing that and it didn’t work. Thank you!!!
What if i want to save a file only on the server and not on the pc? Am I obliged to save the file on the cloud and also locally? And if i delete it locally it deletes also from the server?
I'm cautious about using this DropBox thing, because I allowed OneDrive without realizing it actually took my files off my Desktop, Documents, and Photos files off my computer to store on the cloud. Getting all 3.5 gig of files back on my computer is a terribly long and laborious process, which does not put them back according to their original organization but in a downloaded zip file. Does DropBox take my files or simply copy them? Does anyone know for sure (if you can only guess, don't comment, please).
@@002rikk Took it off my hard drive and onto their server - they left a note, "What happened to my files." I must have given permission through some small print somewhere (although, you'd think a think like this should have been in bold print). I still haven't gotten all my file back in place yet.
Coming soon in the near future: why you shouldn't unsubscribe to us.... Video: absolutely no solid reason cause of these videos that are being uploaded
Dropbox has been obsolete since the day it was created. It literally does the same thing as email, except it’s horribly unreliable and you constantly have to babysit it to make sure files are actually uploaded. It’s crap. How something like this ever gained traction I will never know.
Probably because you're entirely wrong, Email attachments are limited to 5MBs attachment sizes, you cannot store large files on your email nor can your sync or change files to the cloud. That is not the same as email in the slightest. Sounds like you had a bad experience with the application, you should give it a try again, nothing you've mentioned has matched my experience with Dropbox at all.
