great idea. but i tried and we have to pay for it and i would but i don’t like subscription. it rather just pay for an app and have all of the features, like goodnotes
How do we use individual stickers from your stickers sheet (Read, Mindfulness, Everyday)? It uploads as a sheet and I can’t figure out how to just use on sticker
You can just save the picture to your photos, add the photo of all the stickers to goodnotes, and then crop each of the stickers individually on goodnotes (tap the picture, crop, I used freehand crop to draw around the stickers), tap the cropped sticker and add element... It's a bit time consuming but that's the only way I know how to do it
thanks for the tutorial. Another trick I learned was to do a split screen with Goodnotes elements open and Files app. Then you can bulk drag and drop right into the goodnotes elements. Its quicker than saving to photos and then deleting them later.
I tried this way but nothing happened. I can see all the total number of images I dragged to the create elements area but nothing happened. There is no error message either. I also tried another method suggested in reddit. Zip all the png imagines and change the file extension name from .zip to .collection. You then choose to import file In the element creation area. However, the message showed the import is failed. Is there any one know more tricks? I would be appreciated as saving images in the photo app first is still not so convenient to me.
Holy hell... this is amazing. I'm possibly undiagnosed adhd (and unofficial artist), and this sounds much easier to add novelty, as well as organization (something MUCH NEEDED for adhd). Thank you for sharing!!!!
Thank you for this - I’ve purchased sticker packs from Etsy and then refused to take the time to individually import them to GoodNotes. This is an easy work-around and your instructions were so easy to follow!
The question I have is how do we make the stickers in Canva or whatever app and then save the files. Trying to make my own sticker pack and having some hiccups.
I downloaded the free sticker sheets you had but when i follow these directions it still puts them as a full sheet and not individual stickers. What am i doing wrong? Even when i got to file or the initial file, it does not allow the stickers to be used singly.

I’m having a hard time getting stickers uploaded to new albums. My GoodNotes 5 app keeps crashing on me. I’ve tried to update the app (no update as of yet) and deleting the app and reinstalling it with no avail.
I am a brand new user to its platform period. Like, 4 days only new. This was the absolute best video to watch. I had no clue about elements! This is so wonderful!! I just learned a whole new set of stuff in one quick video. You moved so fast I had to keep going back to watch but WELL worth it!❤
Thanks for this. I hope you know by now that instead of just dragging over every row of photos to select them you can tap the first one then drag down or diagonally to select multiple rows at a time. Much quicker.
This is great! I am kind of a newb to ipad. I initially got one a couple years ago just for playing games and holding knitting patterns but I recently upgraded to an iPad 9 and I'm amazed at everything it can do. I started working from home and wanted a notebook app to keep all of my work notes and tutorials in to review in my free time so I chose Goodnotes 5. I am having a lot of fun with it but I want to learn about how to use it to customize my notebooks and make them work for me. This tutorial was so easy. I took notes and subscribed so I can find this video easily again if I need it. As soon as I can, I'm going to play with elements and upload some new pictures. Thanks so much! Can you do more iPad/Goodnotes hacks and tips in the future? I love learning about it. :)
I’m having issues uploading stuff. Idk if it’s because it’s too many at once but it says “failed to create collection. Sorry, something went wrong creating the collection. Please try again.” I’ve tried using the add photos method.
I can't seem to be able to highlight on the stickers and they keep going behind them. For example, how you highlighted the week on the calendar sticker. How were you able to do that?
