We have used Ms Excel 2007 for this example to make it easier and convenient for everyone.

Apologize but we can make multiple scenarios like Pending, Work in process, complete and Cancelled bu using the same technique that has been used for normal scenarios. We will try to make video on multiple scenarios in near future. Thank you for your feedback!!!

Hello, It is quite difficult in word because we have to use Conditional Formatting option in excel.

I have a problem because I have A LOT of cells to check. Is there not a faster way to copy and paste the format control to another cell? Or must I change EVERY SINGLE CELL of the entire document? T_T (sorry for my bad English, I hope my issue is clear)

We can drop down cells and use formula to save time but we need to link each checkbox separately for big data
