Hi.. I was told that I can make my Ford payments on this "fordpass" app but they never told me how... do you know how or do you have a video? that would be really helpful..
Hi! Customers are able to make payments through the FordPass app but clicking the ‘account’ tab on the bottom of the homepage. From there, select ‘Ford Credit’ and enter your account username and password to access the payments screen. Hope this helps!
Mine says activation pending. It's said that for over a month. And I've had it before with the same car. I got a new phone and now it's not active anymore.. So frustrating.
Hey Aaron, sorry to hear you're having problems with the FordPass activation. I would suggest both performing a master reset on your current vehicle and deleting the vehicle from your FordPass app. Once the reset is complete, try adding your vehicle again in the app and attempting the activation. Hi! I installed the app, scanned the code and now i can see fuel level, ecc. The only thing that I can’t do is use my phone as a key, I have a 2018 ford kuga. Is there a solution?
You will need to check with your local dealer and see if they can install the modem onto the engine to allow for remote start. As far as using your smartphone as a key to start and drive your vehicle, this feature is not available yet.
