So it can or cannot be used under eyes?? I've seen in tutorials being used and on the Foreo website it says :"eye area (circular muscle within the orbital rim)". Please clarify! Thanks

I just bought Foreo Bear and at first it’s perfectly functioning but then after a couple of days I can feel that the microcurrent is not functioning. T pulsation is present but when I use it manually following the proper steps, it doesn’t automatically work even it’s already on and touching my skin. What do you think is the problem? By the way I know microcurrent is not working because the light in the power button doesn’t turn off when it touches my skin not the same as my first use.

@@teddybagsican I am having a problem with the Foreo Bear that I just purchased. The microcurrent is not functioning, it has no pulsation even when I charged it and turned it on. The power button just keeps blinking. I followed all the proper instructions. Please help.

I bought a Foreo Mini Bear and after letting it fully charge overnight, I used it for the first time this morning. It keeps shocking me! I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I have it on the lowest setting, which is 1 in the app, but it keeps giving me unpleasant, unexpected shocks. I tried one serum with it first and then changed to my face moisturizer to see if that would stop the shocks, but it is still giving me a zap every 5 seconds or so. I'm so disappointed! This was my Christmas present to myself this year. I wonder why I am having this problem when everyone else seems to love it. I watched videos about it and read dozens of glowing reviews before I bought it. I don't understand what is going wrong or how I can stop it. The shocks are a little painful and happen randomly. I'm afraid to try it anymore.

Hi S Darby, I'm so sorry to hear that. There are few possibilities why you feel zapping. So the first thing, BEAR devices need to be used with water based serum and serum needs to be applied in a thin layer so BEAR can glide. When skin gets dry put more serum. Second possibility is, if you have some imperfections on the skin then zapping sensation can occur, but when breakouts heal it stops. And the last possibility is hair, make sure to tie your hair so it doesn't get under the spheres. Hope we helped, let us know if you found the reason and the solution. We need to find the reason together because BEAR has the anti-shock system which measures conductivity of your skin so the reason are outer factors.

I've Purchased Bear but I feel nothing ? Shouldn't I feel something other than pulsing. Help , customer service have not been helpful as no contact ! Is my Bear working ?

Hi Heather, you should feel T-sonic pulsations. If you don't feel micro-current that means you use the device properly with the right amount of conductive serum 😊

@@Foreo Thank you , hopefully I will see the difference in few weeks as using everyday. I do think FOREO should enclose booklet for the price as I'm watching utube vlogs for information which may not be correct.

I was thinking about getting the Luna 3 plus, that I think uses microcurrents. Does it have the same intensity levels as the foreo bear or should I get both?

Hi 🤗 LUNA 3 plus has a lower microcurrent intensity than the BEAR. If your goal is to have firmer skin with faster results I would always recommend you BEAR. Of course LUNA is iconic device for cleansing. What is your main goal? You can find devices which will help you achieve that goal, and I'm here if you need help.

@@Foreo hi, yes I need something to cleanse my skin but I have deep laugh lines I want to get rid of and the skin between my brows is looser than I'd like

@@user-rd7qw8iy7r If lines are your biggest concern, than BEAR would be better choice. BEAR has 5 microcurrent intensities and you can adjust them, you can adjust t-sonic pulsations. Besides that you can find guided exercises 🤗
