Hi Kevin, thank you for this video. Is it possible to upload the profiles to Lightroom and use them with a different camera manufacturer such as Nikon, Sony, Canon? Kind regards Andrea
How does it work if I use Astia in camera with some colour and tone tweaks, but shoot only raw, and then import these to lightroom. Will the photos be in Astia with the tweaks from the start, without doing anything?
In your Lightroom settings you tell LR to import using the Camera Profile (so it will be Astia when it imports). But it will NOT include any tweaks in camera. That's why I suggest creating a starting point preset to apply these quickly.
This was a very helpful video thank you! 🙏🤗Once you create a preset, Colour Start in your example, using a Fuji colour profile, can you then use that pre-set elsewhere in LR? Eg on a raw file from a Sony. Or will it only work on a Fuji raw file? Thanks again! 🙏
@@kevin_mullins OK thank you for your reply! 🙏 It’s too bad that a preset you create and get the way you want cannot be then used for other RAWs from other cameras, but it is what it is.
