I use Google Sheets to track everything from my period to how many times I ordered takeout in a month. But I'm trying to focus more on working out more frequently and bringing that takeout total down!

1:01 add in day and date columns
1:10 drag down cells
1:18 add in desired columns
1:35 freeze cells
1:46 sum column at the top
1:58 short date
2:16 conditional formatting
