I assume the smell will go away over time. Overall, I love this cute little blender. The extra cups and lids are great too!
I simply love this JMG. Totally worth the great price. Thanks to Hamilton beach I don’t have to stand and keep my hand on the jar to avoid spillage. I can simply use the preset mode and set up the plates or do whatever I want, while the mixie automatically grinds the perfect gravy for me. It saves so much on preparation time. I can directly make hot soup without cooking in this JMG, the locking system keeps my kitchen clean and mess free, It is safe and easy, even for my child can use it. The quality is super and it looks beautiful in my kitchen 😊

If I get this Hamilton Beach India’s Professional Juicer Mixer Grinder then I will first grind the Idli Dosa batter along with various chutneys like coconut, pudina, tamatoes and many more :). A perfect breakfast and chutneys to store and eat throughout the week with the meals:)
Hamilton beach should either give additional blades, jar lids and gaskets or sell them separately online because these items tend to get damaged easily in any blender.
If I get this Hamilton beach India's professional juicer mixer grinder then i will first cook idly dosa batter.. in love for South Indian cuisine as I am not that pro in making the batter would.love to definitely make with this mixer and also experiment various other recepies too !

I would first grind chutney as we daily include chutney for our breakfast and followed by juices freshly blended fruits they just go well for a good start

Zero support after sales service from Hamilton beach. My JMG has issues after one year of purchase but no support received from onsitego or Hamilton beach. It is more than 2 months but no resolution from the brand. Please be aware that the product is nice but if something goes wrong then don’t expect any support from the brand. U have to buy a new one. 5 years warranty seems to be fake because no one is there to listen.
Oh my god.thats the biggest drawback in that case.thanks for such a valuable information.becoz i was planning to purchase it .i stay in pune.i want to know if there is the service centre of this brand in our city.only then i will take the call of buying it
@@dollynagrecha6792 they don’t have any service center in India except Mumbai. If the product stops working then they try to inspect the machine on video call and then you will be informed that an empty shipping box will arrive at your place and you need to pack and ship it to Mumbai service center. Once the product is repaired then they will ship back to you. In my case they did video call and other formalities but never did reverse pick up from my house. They will give u fake dates for the pick up of the product
