Yeah! You bought the wrong stuff. You specifically need a capture card for this to work.

i’ve not been using it heavily so i can’t say really, it’s a 2021 pro so battery isn’t as great as it used to be so have been getting into the habit of turning it off instead of leaving it in standby for days

For slow pace games like animal crossing new horizons no, but for bigger and fast pace games yes 👍 it really depends on what cable you get.

you can’t, i’m not sure if you can use this dongle with a usb c hub as well (so plug the hub into the ipad and charge it up through the hub and also put the capture card dongle in the hub). I don’t have one yet so i can’t try unfortunately. I think i’m buying one soon though and i’ll update you.

i haven’t noticed it as i’ve only played fall guys, however i’ve read comments on other users getting a slight lag, which for shooters like fortnite may affect your game :)

no it has to be usb c - lightning isn’t powerful enough so it has to be a device with usb c

Try play around with the settings on Camo Studio, there are different inputs (so sometimes it will default to the ipad camera and you have to switch to ‘usb device’
