Once you get a coat dried on, don't use Terry cloth without any cleaner. If you just use Terry cloth to buff out the first layer, it will collect loads of fibers all over the spots that haven't dried.

I can still remember taking my first step after using leather luster in Tech School...the CRACK it made! Took me days to scrape off and redo it with shoe polish. Never used it again.

Got my kit last week, gonna start polishing soon :)

I forgot to use the fine sanding pad and instead applied the first layer of Leather Luster. Can I still use the sanding pad after the first application of Leather Luster has dried?

After daily use, will it crack and look crappy?

I still end up with bubbles that won't go away. Blowing on the bubbles doesn't do it if they are small.

What does buffing off the 2 prior coats(with steel wool) of leather luster do??

Do not bake! The UV rays in the sunlight is what makes it dry!

What is the leather luster made from? Is it a sorta black material/leather paint?

I have a pair of Ariat Ropers which have leather that is not as smooth as most boots, such as a pair of Danner’s, Bates, or Justin Ropers. Will leather luster still work on a less “smooth” leather?

is 1000 grit sandpaper OK or should I do a bit more coarse like 800?

I stripped my boots so much that there’s a green shine to them almost, but they still won’t dry after 6 hours. I’ve gone through three bottles of cleaner. Wtf am I doing wrong?

Don't use this product it has 100% alcohol base in it as a professional boot black over 21 years of service I do not use this product stay away from it it will mess your leather up big-time
