@@johndrowe5281 Talking about the Neapolitan chord at 16:40! It’s a bII (flat II) because the root is a half step below the II. Tritone substitutions are basically a Dominant 7 chord that is a tritone (6 half steps) away from the chord it’s substituting. The V7 chord root is a tritone away from the bIIMaj7. Hope this helps!
