I've been living in the USA for over thirty years and I still mispronounce many words. I really enjoy watching your lessons. Kevin and Lisa, you're both excellent teachers!
@@JAPARICO Pointing someone's mistakes out is really different. although, making fun of them is a different concept... I'm a beginner it will obviously take time to polish up my english skills if u can't motivate someone please don't laugh at them.. It feels bad
Could you please make a video about all uses of "like" and "kind of"? as these two expressions are used way too much in every conversation and very often. I hear it all the time but sometimes is quite confusing due to their different meanings.
Before this video, I always said "Me neither". Never did I say "Me either". Anyway, I'll keep on saying "Me neither" because it sounds better to me, more grammatically correct and it's more like other languages like Spanish.
Please if i say "" i wish i had never met you "" if i want to answer by using ""neither or either"" why it is wrong if i answer "" me either" ?? The answer is referred to "" i wish "" and it is not NEGATIVE !! Thanks a lot !!
Thank you sooo much for the best explanation ever!!! As for me, you are the best English teachers on RU-vid!!! I've been dipping my toes into English (and into American culture in general) for over 3 years for now, but I still make some quite simple mistakes sometimes. But as Albert Einstein said, “A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new.” That's why I do enjoy watching your videos, it really helps. And you guys, you're doing a great job of helping people along their paths of language learning! Thank you. 😊
Hi Kevin and Liza, I´ve learning english for a long time and I´ve never understood how to use too, either and neither correctly, but now the way you explained it in this video was really simple and perfect! I made it! Thanks so much!!! 👋
Hi Liza and Kevin ! How’s it going? It’s always a really pleasure watching your videos! Thanks for everything. I’m looking forward to watching your next video! You rock!
i mostly agree, but you can say "them too?" or "him too" as a question,. That works in informal speech as a short answer/statement and would not be perceived as wrong; very informal though.
6:18 No, sorry, but Americans just say it wrong. It's not correct to say "Me either" to answer that sentence. Yes, native speakers might say that, but I won't because I know it's not correct. And it really doesn't matter which one sounds better.
Hii Kevin, my name is kunal I've watched so many videos but still, I'm facing one big issue uses of the so can you please help to make one video on that! It's my humble request to you
I went to an adult school to learn English, but when I finished all ESL classes I made the decision to enroll myself into High School Diploma. After 4 years I finally got my High School Diploma! . I need to go back to take pronunciation classes, but the pandemic cut my wings!
Hi Teacher, could you help me to make it clear about different use between Me Too and So do I ? Is it correct that depending on the verbs? Me too for “To be “while So do I for other verb ? Thank you very much ❤❤
Do you know the song "Let's call the whole thing off" by Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers? If you don't, try and listen to it, it's about the topic of the video.
Thanks a lot for your video! It is very helpful. They say that the following conversation is correct: -Nice to meet you! -You too. I wonder if it is acceptable in America. Many thanks!
Sir your lectures are full of knowledge and they are inforrmative.I just want to put forward a suggestion. If you deliver your lecture alone,I am of the opinion this lecture will be more impressive because there exists a balance and rhythm in lecture by single teacher.Due to presence of two teachers in a video this listening balance and harmony is disturbed and joy of listener fades. Both of you are good teachers but this is just a suggestion by a teacher. Thanks
Hi.thank you for teaching .you are the best. l just join in your channel and saw this post.l have a question. When we say for example "l was watching tv" we should say she was too . Is it correct??thanks for answering
A dialogue between Elaine and Jerry in "Seinfeld" trying to set up their friends. - "He said (a friend) he had a good time! - Her too! Chatgpt : wrong. Correct:she did too or so did she
I love your lessons. I sent you a message saying that I had made a mistake with my name here, it looks like I am doing correct now. Ok, first question…doing correct or correctly. ? 😊
There are some misprints in the subtitles, for exemple, the word "too" changed to "two", and plus some others, in spite of this, I did enjoy this lesson for it was so helpful, and I thank you so much.
I think you're the best teachers for me on youtube. Everything is very easy to learn English, it's really fun though. So, I just sit down and enjoy your lesson. Thanks a lot♥
