How to use Monday.com Forms | Capture Leads, Surveys & more (Monday Forms Tutorial) 

Thank you for this information. Is there a way to use WorkForm without creating columns? Can it be used for downloading a PDF version of the form and saved in a column for files?

I am watching this in Jan 2024. I had included a logo in the form like you showed in the video (before I watched this video) but the logo is not showing up (the reason i found this video). I have a corporate account. Not sure why logo is not showing. Thanks

how can i add simple text to a form? like a subtitles or descriptions in mid of the questions.

Hello. Thanks for the video. When I create the form and send it out it’s asking the person to “Please log in to fill this form Authentication is required in order to submit this form.” Any idea what i am doing wrong?
