Hey Chihiros, can any one from your company speak some sort of human language explaining what is he trying to do in this video? Can you cover all functions in your APP if this video is the ONLY source of user manual of your product? Can you guys publish videos with someone is capable of speaking or writing a human language? If you don't have competent software engineers to take care of your product then make it open source so at least your customers have a way to take care of themselves.
Thank you. This video, and the other very similar, are useless. Doubtless if you understand Chihiros jargon already, it makes sense, but the app uses so many ordinary words with what is evidently its own particular meaning that the end result is a confusing mess. The app itself is far from self-explanatory. I'm comparing it with the Tapo app, which I use for timer sockets, ligthts, etc .. light effects, schedules: the Tapo app covers a much wider range of products but every product I've added has gone smoothly. And they actually provide written instructions in case you do get stuck.
Why does WRGB 2 pro doesn’t have percent light and Kelvin temperature setting??? Even WRGB2 and WRGB SLIM have it, while pro is the newest model and it doesn’t have.
Hi! I am using A601, my setting is 60-45-63 in the auto mode. Whenever I am turning the automode with these setting the light is getting dull/not that bright as it is in the manual mode. I tried to change the automode setting in full 100% but still it is showing the same brightness after turning the automode. Please help!
Just received my wrgb2 pro and the app is nice but timers are not working and the light wont update. If I have to plug this into a separate timer I’m going to return it.
having the same issue here, light intensity/color won't update based on the schedule I set in the "customize" mode, it ONLY updates each time I connect it to my phone through Bluetooth, which made me suspect that there is no microprocessor in this light...
Hello, after updating the firmware in the Chihiros A2 901 lamp, the light began to flicker, after disconnecting from the Chihiros application, it turns out that the light is on normally only when your application is open and connected to the lamp. I just bought this led lamp and I am struggling to connect my phone to the lamp. Can someone tell me what I have to have open so the lamp will connect with my phone? WiFi and Bluetooth?
Do you have a Wifi Hub, if not make sure open Bluetooth, GPS(IOS no need to open) and Location service, then try to search. If yes just drag Wifi Hub and the light to one created tank, they'll connect automatically.
@@ChihirosAquaticStudiowhat if you’re having issues with connecting to the C 2 RGB mine is saying “ this device is not available in this region, please contact the seller”. I just bought the light with the intent of using the app
@@polen8187 there is a bug thers days, just delete the C 2 RGB light from the DEVICE LIST page, then off the app, next open the app to research and reconnect.
Cześć. Posiadam chihiros wrgb II 45, którą steruje za pomocą redmi note 8 pro z aplikacją "my chihiros", lampa ma zadany program od 00:00 do 23:59. Niestety gdy budzę się następnego dnia i obserwuję lampę a telefon jest wyłączony, lampa świeci się o innych godzinach niż żądane. Możesz napisać skąd lampa wie bez telefonu i aplikacji jaka jest aktualna pora dnia?
