Fun fact: Number 0 and number 3 are just diluted versions of number 1 and number 2 that stylists use in salons. Number 0/1 is what actually rebuilds the bonds in your hair and number 2/3 is what sets that process with a little additional bond building. That’s why your stylist gives you number 3 to take home (because it’s a diluted version of step 2). She puts step 1 in your color or bleach (or can be used as a stand-alone treatment with water) and then layers step 2 over it. As the effects of step 2 begin to break down during the weeks between your salon visits, the step 3 home treatment is like a bandaid that helps keep it going until the next time you go to the salon. Tip for applying number 0- close your bathroom sink drain, cover your bathroom sink with a layer of plastic/Saran wrap and then flip your head/hair over into the sink and apply it that way. Any bit that isn’t absorbed by your hair fast enough will be caught by the plastic/Saran wrap and you can kinda mush your hair into it after to make sure you don’t waste a drop
When ever I went to the salon to have my hair colored they never gave me any olaplex products to take home not all salons give you olaplex for home use. I went to ULTA to get my hair colored
After my cancer treatment with chemo, I had a lot of hair fallen out and the hair that I still got was very fine and my curls were not curled together but all separated, so very plushie looking. Now , after 3 months using olaplex 3 to 6, my curls are all beautiful bonded again, they shine and my hair grows like a baby. So happy with this products!
Me too! I had rad treatment but I lost hair after the surgery; then after radiation from being so anemic and malnourished. I use the 0, 3, 6 and despite platinum highlights have the best hair of my adult life. Hope you're doing well. FuckCancer.
This was VERY helpful! Thank you so much! I bought #1, 2 and 3 I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY Olaplex is so secretive about how to use their products. I don't think they provide enough information about their products and those infos should be on their bottles.
I could not agree more!!! They just went public, stock market AND the lack of user information is the only reason I don't want to invest with them. Blech....need new marketing folks!
I use #3 during my workouts 1-2 days a week. Weird hack but I swear by it! I use a spray bottle to dampen my hair, apply #3, toss in a ballerina bun, head to the gym and I’m masking while I’m training! Kinda gross, but I think my sweat + body heat during training keeps my hair damp much longer and I find this time window works well for me. I wash out while showering post workout. Yep I’m in public with a hair mask on, nope I don’t care what my hair looks like while I’m hip thrusting. Booty and hair gains at the same time?! Yes ma’am!!
I just appreciate that you admit you only wash once a week and have been using it for a year instead of a very platinum blonde saying she used it once and it changed her life.
Good hair is an investment and anyone that says a product does the job in the first go is lying😂 you gotta invest and continuously use (at your own rate) xx
My hair is about the same length and trying 0 and 3 for the first time. I can't wait to see the results. I also only wash mine about once a week unless it gets incredibly dirty when working.
You can wrap your hair in a few “buns”- then just squirt the #0 into the bun of hair and squeeze the bun to saturate the hair. Then let the bun down and comb through it / continue to bun up segments until your hair is saturated. This makes it very easy to apply to your hair and no waste.
brushing your hair while wet/damp will actually cause more breakage. you can't "hack" hair. either do it properly, with care or don't do it at all. don't blame the company later when your hair looks the same if not worse...
As a cosmetologist I really appreciate the effort that went into making this video accurate. Thank you for taking the time to correctly info people. Great video
Hey! I have been using only n°3 and it has saved my hair so much ❤️ I now use it this way: instead of leaving it on over night and let the product dry and therefore loses its efficiency, I apply it in the morning, on a day I know I'll stay at home for few hours, and cover my wet hair saturated of olaplex with a shower cap to keep the moisture as long as possible and allow the product to keep working for a longer period on my hair. I have seen a massive difference since I started using this method. I hope this was useful 😃
i've read it's pretty unnecessary to leave it on longer than the suggested time of 10 minutes or so. There's only so much absorption your hair can do - and then it's just hanging out, lol.
Me too with furry cap 45 plus minutes. Finally got the shampoo and oil. Because after a few months my frazzeled thin bang stuff quit breaking off and i have hope!
i right now am using multiple shower caps, and a microfiber towel to insulate (keep the heat). i have no 0 and 3 in rn, and its my first time trying it
This is the comment i was looking for!! 👀🔥🔥 so true!!!! This now opens a new set of questions: did they change the formula for it to be airborne (probably not); were they being untruthful answering her question (who knows 🤷🏻♀️), will they keep using the old AND new packaging so that we have more choices of which one we prefer more… we will see.
But have you used the new spray bottle? It sprays in a stream, not a nice dispersing spray like a typical spray bottle. It's almost harder to apply. It comes out faster and that's about it.
I only really use number 3. But I had serious, serious damage as a result of a salon mistake around a year ago. I always shampoo first, then apply number 3, put a shower cap over it for a couple of hours and then wash out and condition. It only took one bottle to see amazing results, breakage stopped and shine came back. I'm not crazy about the other products, but I really can't rave about number 3 enough.
My stylist told me I can use no 3 like I would with a leave in conditioner and it has helped my hair so much. I had a super dead section of hair that framed my face and it's so healthy now using no 3 with the leave-in method. I just put it on my ends/damaged pieces after I shower!
Since no 3 only works while hair is wet, I load my hair with no 0, then add no 3 after a half hour, then I put my hair up in a shower cap or wrap it with cling wrap and put a beanie over it. I sleep with it wrapped up. The 0/3 combo works most effectively on my hair that way.
Since it only works while the hair’s wet, I’ve seen someone recommend to just spray down your hair as it dries throughout a day when you’re not doing much/at home, and I’ve found that way more helpful than leaving overnight.
Wow this really opened up my eyes to the importance of using hair products properly for the maximum benefit. Usually I just apply products as I wish without even considering it’s intended use . Thank you so much for this video !
The way I use No3 is: wash my hair with shampoo - put No3 in wet hair - put wash cap and towel over it and hold it like that for 60min/90min - rinse No3 - wash hair with shampoo - put conditioner - styling products.
No you don’t wash it the next day. As long as you don’t saturate your hair. Just apply it as if you were going to style it. But also mix the 7 oil with it for best results
@C. Hellard because if it’s overnight it just nourishes your hair without styling it or the elements of the outside. Kinda like using face products overnight so that they soak in and are more effective
Currently sitting with No.3is my hair for the first time, before trying No.8, 6 and 7. Very informative and helpful video. You’ve covered all questions that I had about the products. Hoping for good results 😊
So, my hair stylist uses Olaplex on my hair and I have been using it for so long. She actually recommended this and this is what I do now, is use no. 3 as a leave in conditioner after I shower. Promise it is a game changer. Hair is clean, open for saturation and does not leave my hair weighed down/greasy. Would def recommend :)
@@vidhijain3150 leave in means you don't wash it anymore...as she said in the video of number 6 and no 7 oil...you just use them and leave it like that. Not sure how it works with nr3 as should be use on wet hair before you use no4 and then no 5
I would not do this. Companies have instructions for a reason. You'll be the one suing Olaplex for hairloss in a year because you and your stylist didn't follow directions.
I just started using Olaplex about a month ago, I have very thick, super curly, red hair...and frizz is my mortal enemy, as is dry hair...and OMFG the huge difference it has made!!! My hair is super strong, looks great, and feels amazing. I highly recommend it.
@@mayapintoiazzouguen4818 I use 3, 4, 5, and 6. I only use #3 once a week. Numbers 4, 5, and 6 just about every other day, sometimes less. It's been huge. I was ready to cut off my entire hair...just shave it off and start new...but now I don't have to. It's doing well.
In the salon when we offer the #3 treatment as an add on we use a shower cap! Helps to hold in the moisture.. like you said this product works best when the hair is wet so the shower cap helps to hold all that moisture in!
Oh em geee! Thank you for this video! I have type 4 kinky- curly, high porosity, FINE hair, low to medium density. I loooove Olaplex, but have had these EXACT questions. Really appreciate the effort you put into getting these answers. 🙋🏾♀️ 😩🥰
I just love using no.3 as part of a pamper routine, I wash my hair with a purple shampoo & conditioner to tone, then apply no.3 all over and put up in a scrunchie, fake tan and off to sleep to wake up like a goddess!
Same ! Im using it right now on my me day.. i washed it and tone my hair already too so its super clean i have olaplex on it now .. do i need to shampoo again?
I use the number 3 and then put a bag on my head for a few hours. That way it doesn't dry right away. I put it on while I'm doing my skincare routine and then leave it on while I'm relaxing in bed or around the house. Then I just remove the bag when I go to sleep, and leave it on overnight. That makes a huge difference!
I believe that inhalation might be the issue with putting No.0 in a spray bottle. I recently watched some girl here on youtube spraying the No.0 on her hair and she was almost choking. So that might be the reason why they don't recommend it :)
I’ve never tried Olaplex but with my keratin treatment being over due, I’ve been using more heat tools lately and I noticed that my fine, thin hair is a little more sad and brittle. A friend, whose a hairstylist mentioned the brand so after a quick review, I bought the No.3. Like others, I found the ‘how to use’ part a little vague so I was looking for more information on how to use it. Your video was perfect, thank you!
This was really helpful! I had only used no.3 up until now, just took the plunge and brought the complete set. I was nervous and didn’t want to waste the products by not using them properly. I had looked on olaplexs website but this was way more comprehensive and it was nice you went through them in sequence. Thank you!!!
A big thank you for your research on these products! I've been using the whole line for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. Trying to really work on hair care so my hair can be thick, healthy and strong. Your videos have been so informative and a great help 🥰
Hi...my daughter got me the entire collection and thank God I found you, because it's a lot to take in. Just followed this video to start using No. 0 and No. 3. Thank you!
I leave No 1 for an hour, and number 3 for like 2 hours while I play video games. Olaplex really worked well in improving the condition of my bleached damaged hair
@@mercedesobrien7661 It really helped a lot. It doesn't get your hair back to pre-bleach condition, but it did repair it by at least 50% and made my hair more manageable.
@@annie-eq2ye my hair was gummy after a perm and I used Aphogee 2 steps process and it worked wonders. I also have all of the olaplex and other products, but I will say the Aphogee 2 step application helped my hair from having to cut my hair off. I got my perm on St Patty's day and after doing much research about hair care my hair feels and looks soooo much better!!!! I also follow Mel a you tuber for curly hair and what to do with damage. She is awesome!!
Perfect timing! Just decided I need to get on a serious Olaplex regimen instead of just using no. 3 every couple months. Oily scalp/color treated dry ends-the struggle is real!
@@iwillstom I see. I tried olaplex no 3 yesterday and it did wonders to my hair. It doesn’t really “moisturize”, it repairs. It gives certain strength and elasticity to the hair. I’ve tried many moisturizing treatments and the effect goes away after a few washes. I guess this is actually repairing the hair. Ive read it takes 4-5 treatments to see noticeable results so I’m looking forward to it. It already feels great after one treatment!
This is SO helpful! One of the top 2 best reviews I've seen yet on RU-vid. Thank you so much for making this and explaining each product so well, as well as checking with Olaplex to debunk anything that isn't necessary/true! Definitely going to try more products now!
If you put a plastic cap on after applying #3, you can leave it on longer or overnight because it will keep it from drying out. That's what I do and it works for me.
When I sleep in #3 I will saturate my hair, put it in a top bun, and then cover my head with a shower cap. The shower cap keeps my hair wet so that the olaplex can keep working. I've tested this method against the 30-40 minute time when I'm in a hurry and the overnight treatment ALWAYS turns out so much better than the 30-40 minute treatment. I think the trick is probably keeping the hair wet....?
Thank you! I currently use No. 6 and 7. I use 6 right after I wash my hair whether I straighten it or not. Although it s not for repairing the hair, I have noticed a huge difference since I started using it. When I do straighten my hair I apply this first, a little less than pea size, let it sit. I follow it with the Moroccan oil smooth lotion for Blow-dry, about the same amount. By this point my hair smells Amazing! And then I follow it with this like very generic heat protectant spray my salon lady uses ( I will admit once this finishes I plan to buy a professional one) I like to do about 3 sprays ON MY HANDS, i don’t like to spray directly on my hair, and honestly, my blow dry last Long time and I get nice shine. Once I am done blow drying it ( I use Lange blow dry brush) I do apply No 7 to my ends and reapply it my third day. I am currently pregnant and get really hot, and sweaty, so I expect this styling to last me a little longer once I give birth. I have natural curly hair, my hair is up to my trapezoids and it’s color treated. Honestly this routine has been the best one I found. I have learned recently Moroccan Oil products are best for Coarse hair, but I’d you have thin to medium hair just use VERY LITTLE, or don’t use it at all. I hope this helps someone :)
I know my comment is many months later, but I find it interesting that Olaplex told you they were against the spray bottle for the use of No 0. I went to Sephora last week to stock up on 3,4,5 and saw that 0 was in a spray bottle!! This may be old news that Im just finding out, but thought I should share. I bought it and it is quicker than the other style, to be expected
I’m such a huge Olaplex fan, and I only discovered it about 5 months ago! Can I just say my hair has been completely reborn! I use #4 and #5 each time I shampoo, once to twice a week. Then once a week I skip the #5 and after shampooing, I put on a generous amount of #3, throw my hair in a bun, let it sit for 30-60 minutes, rinse and style. The cost is well worth it to me, because I am desperate to undo years of damage!
I discovered Olaplex about a month ago and they are by far the best hair products I have ever used in my 38 years. I noticed a massive difference in the reduction of hair loss straight away. I used to wake up with a pillow full of hair. Now there are none! Highly recommended. I prime with No.0, then No.3 straight on top for about 15 mins. Shampoo and Condition with Olaplex also. then No.6 and 7 mixed overnight like you suggested. I'm glad i'm doing it right. Thanks for the vid!
Recently found your channel. I am a 57 year old post menopausal woman with hair and skin concerns and you have been helpful. Can I just say that when you are in your shower or otherwise with no makeup, you look like a 14 year old! So when you are 80, you will look 50. And now Olaplex puts the number 0 in a spray bottle. Thanks for all of your hard work with all of your videos!
after my shampoo, when i get out of the shower, i used to apply the oil heat protection. It make my hair so shiny and beautiful and after 4 month my hair got longer.
I’ve just found you. This is so helpful thank you. The salon uses them on my hair. I had a trial kit from them & liked but ive over bleached in lockdown so I got another but I now want full size products so this is a great help as I never know how to use them.
Yes! I typically shampoo my hair before no. 3, since I’m someone who uses rich conditioners/masks, leave in conditioners, oils/serums, etc. I just don’t want a barrier between the treatment and my dead ass hair 🤣🤣 I want what I paid for with each use!
I put number 0 in a spray bottle and wear a face mask while spraying my hair.. That way I have more control of how much product I use.. So far it works for me.. Just got number 8 can’t wait to use it..
I bought the pureology shampoo based on your recommendation and OMG my hair has never stayed clean this long. I'm on day 6 post wash and it's the first day I've needed dry shampoo!
@Ashley OK thanks for that! I check those ones out! Such a struggle! 🤣 Abbey should do series where people give their hair concerns and she gives them products and a routine! Would be so handy!
Super helpful! I have fine hair too so this was really connecting with me and thank you so much for contacting the company and doing all this work for us!
Somehow your hair videos were on my recommendations list after I searched for Olaplex, lol. I recently bleached my hair and it has been a mess. Hopefully using your tips and methods will make as beautiful as yours!
I bought Olaplex a few months ago but was nervous because the reviews on Sephoras site and Tiktok seemed so polarizing. I wasn't disappointed though. I loveeee the N3, N4, and N5. I ended up purchasing N7 as well afterwards. My hair has never looked better. For anyone thinking about buying it but you're unsure of the cost -- yes, they are pricy but a little goes a long way. I bought the mini shampoo and conditioner in January or December and have lotssss left. I have very long thick hair also.
Great tips 🙌 I used No0 and No3 tonight for the first time and my hair feels fabulous. I rewashed my hair and applied No8 and rinsed. Its silky soft and definitely something I will use monthly and the No8 weekly. I'm sold 👌
I apply Olaplex N0 with a tint brush & bowl. I didn’t see any results when I first started using it as it’s so tricky to apply, but you can apply evenly with a tint brush & target the ends which always need more attention 👍🏻
never would have thought to use #6 on dry hair overnight since it's heavy on fine hair I thought it would leave it greasy. I tried it on dry hair and it does work to leave hair soft and isn't greasy... what a good tip. plus I can use my lighter leave-ins on wet hair and can use up all of these products!
Just a suggestion.. when you have #0 on and then add #3. If I leave it on longer than 30 minutes I just add some water threw it with my hands. Then it doesn’t dry out. Also putting a shower cap on and a wrap towel seems to help also. I’m blonde like you are and these products are amazing. 💖
I am a hairstylist and actually did add 0 to a spray bottle, just for use on my own hair. While it does definitely saturate better and I feel like makes the product last longer, it literally makes me cough 😳 Soooo yeah.... There's definitely a reason why it doesn't just get retailed in a spray bottle.
I put mine in a spray bottle even though you really aren’t suppose to. But it definitely helps a lot. I just make sure I have my bathroom window and fan going when I put it in and it doesn’t affect me.
Love this stuff. I started with the 3,4,5 system and noticed my hair fall out decrease . Went back today to buy the complete system for $176. I am excited! Ready for my hair to grow
Thank you so much for the super helpful video! I purchased everything except number zero and I’m so excited to start using my products today. I have blonde hair and have been bleaching it for about six years now. Although my hair is super strong and thick, I’m starting to see the effects of bleaching. Can’t wait to see the results!
I had to come back to thank you... Saw this video, it helped answer a lot of questions I had about olaplex products but the main takeaway was the tip about using the styling cream 6 and the oil 7 together on your day 3 ends and leave it overnight. I have fine, high-porosity, wavy/curly, bleached ends that get dry, coarse and brittle by day 3. I started washing more frequently because it's too fine to be able to add much to it after the initial wash day products and my ends were suffering too much waiting a week for more conditioner. I tried your recommendation and OH MY GOD! it is pretty tricky to get the amounts right with fine but dry hair, but once I figured it out, it's amazing. Add a little dry shampoo to the roots, and its fabulous. I also started using #8 and idk if it's just all the dimethicone or what but wow, I have tried most of the moisture masks out there and this one left my hair softer than ever times a million. Thanks for all the advice!
I was given n.3 after going plat blonde, my poor hair was pretty damaged and I had some breakage that worried me immensely. after using n.3 twice I can definitely see improvement! I leave it on for an hour or two and just wash it off with my shampoo and conditioner. I recently got 0, 4, & 5 since my hair is in a desperate need of repair, can't wait to try it :)
Such an informative video! I've slept with no. 3 in before and liked the results, but now I want to try your no. 6/no. 7 combo! Your hair looked amazing in that clip!! ❤️ P.S. I just recently stumbled across your channel and have been enjoying all of your hair care vids. ❤️❤️
❣️ Abbey❣️I’ve just tried the No3 as you’ve suggested and I’m soooo happy❣️I washed my hair, put it in my Turbie-Twist to remove excess water, applied No3 to all of damp hair, put damp Turbie-Twist back on for 45 min. Rinsed No 3 out, applied No5 conditioner and rinsed just prior to getting out of the shower. Dried and styled…..UN-FRIGGIN-BELIEVABLE…. I HAVE NEW HAIR❣️❤️ I’m interested to see how long this lasts until I need another treatment. I’ve also purchased the Amina The Kure conditioner on your recommendation, so will also be giving that a go soon. I’ve learned so much from your videos and research…..THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO❣️❣️❤️❤️💋
Thank you Abbey! I didnt think i had any questions until i watched you. I was at Sephora yeaterday and i passed on the no. 0 yay me and i had no idea they made no. 6 and how much i need it!! Thanks again! I just subscribed and excited to learn hair tricks to grow my 54 year old hair down to my booty!
This just came up as a suggested video and I watched it because I use Olaplex. Great video. My mom is a stylist so We just went to her cosmetologist website to order more Olaplex and I noticed now they have 0 in a spray bottle!!! So much for telling you not to use it. You probably have them the idea with the question 🤪
Thank you so so sooooo much for this video. I've been wanting to use olaplex for so long, but I'm weary of home treatments from bad experiences (protein 😪). This product is expensive and I want to get the most benefits. The fact you got your information from the source make all the difference. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I used product 0-7 of olaplex for about 3 months and it ended up causing something like protein overload in my hair. They say olaplex has no protein and it can't cause protein overload but it seals the hair shaft in the same way. When the hair shift is sealed no protein or moisture can get in. My hair started to fall out after 3 months. Many others have had this experience. If you're going to use it make sure to keep up your moisturizing and protein products on the side. Contrary to what their website says it CAN be overused.
You can tell Olaplex was designed to be used in conjunction with coloring treatment but now they are seeing many people like the product outside of coloring.
Hey Abby, love your work. Just seen that the Inkylist has released a PCA bond repair product that’s supposed to fix damaged bonds like the OLAPLEX system. Just wondering if you’d consider giving it a try in an upcoming video? X
i tried both and honestly prefer the inkey list by a LOT! olaplex didn't really do anything for me but with the pca bond repair i feel it kind of coats my hair without making it oily or stiff, just gives every hair a nice smooth texture and it looks healthier overall. i'm very impressed. bear in mind,i have extremely thick, dry, long hair with bleached highlights (balayage).
@@selinakyle156 that’s great to know, as I ordered it an hour ago 😂 I was clearly way too impatient to wait. Plus, I liked the idea that it was an ‘end’ product that didn’t need you to wait and wash etc. Do you have any tips?
@@hannahbanana6261 oh,great,i hope you'll like it ☺️ nothing special,it's really easy to use,i just spray it onto towel dried hair and comb through with a wide tooth comb before blow drying. the nozzle is a bit stubborn at first,it will take a few pumps but don't worry😂
I put number 0 into a spray bottle that has an adjustable stream..I put my hair in about 10 sections...ball up each section and spray the section while it sits in my hand. I don’t spray it like a can of hair spray. And then I pour the rest back into the bottle. So much easier and waste wayyyyy less! So...Num.0 (spray bottle) Num.3 ,then deep conditioner then shampoo and then moisturizing conditioner. It’s a lot of steps but my hair rarely tangles, stopped shedding profusely and feels amazing!!!
Olaplex saved my hair when having major issues due to health issues and because I get blonde highlights. I started using it about 2 years ago. Love it! Thanks for sharing this info because I learned a few tips.
@@irenekxm1278 I use the shampoo (and have for about a year and love it), the No 0 and No 3 which are used together but I’ve only tried that once so far, and the leave in hair cream which is what I noticed made the most difference. I also just got the oil. I haven’t used it long enough to decide if I like it or not.
One thing about leaving it on overnight (some people wear plastic to keep it wet) is that keeping your hair wet for long periods is really damaging. It has to do with the hair strand swelling when wet, and damaging the integrity of the strand. As for Olaplex 3, I always applied it after shampoo but before conditioner. It always worked better that way for me, rather than applying before shampoo. I follow up with an extra hydrating conditioner.
I know you didn't talk about n°8 in this video, but a hack I do everytime I use n°0 and n°3 is that I also apply n°8 right after I applied n°3 and let them process together. My hair is heavenly smooth after that and it's less time consuming, because I also wash my hair once a week. I don't know if it's good or not in reality, but I have really good results from doing that.
I use 4-7. I have a dupe for 3 from Amazon that’s less than $10. It’s called Elizavecca CER-100. Works exactly the same, imo. 6&7 I have used overnight and I agree it works great. I usually put it in on non-wash days, plus dry shampoo and then run my blow dryer through again. I always mix 6&7 together. My hair is incredibly soft and healthy after being crazy damaged.
Thanks for the clarifications as well as the official recommendations from manufacturer. Happy I found your channel and look forward to future content.
New to your channel. I’ve been looking for ways to “heal” from a bad dye job. You’re very clear and easy to listen to and very informative! Thank you so much.
You sold me on these products, and let me tell you, my hair looks different after using them, my hair is super damaged and this products are my hair life savers❣️ I don’t write much usually, but I would say, thank you so much for these VERY helpful videos, new subscriber here😍
Oh my god what a great video! I just bought 0,3,4,5,6 and 7 because of many reviews but as I’m waiting for my order to arrive I’ve been questioning many of the questions you answered in this video, brilliant 👏🏻
My hairstylist told me to emulsify No.3 in your hands first for about a minute and it gets thicker so you don’t have to use as much. I was using sooo much, lol. She also told me to leave it in for a day if I have the time.
I've just started using Olaplex after I heavily bleached my hair about 2 months ago. It's pretty damaged as my natural hair is a deep shade of black and I wanted to go to a blonde type colour. My hair is now straw like with split ends but I don't want to cut it as I don't want my hair any shorter than it is now. So I've decided to give Olaplex a try. This review is comprehensive and clear so really has helped me understand the products more. And, Olaplex No.0 now has a spray bottle version as well as that squeezy bottle.
#7 Bonding oil is my overnight treat. It alone works for my dry, wavy hair so it’s a bit bouncier and shiny in the morning. Definitely needs the added hours to be absorbed and seal bonds.
I use no 0 in a little spray bottle to apply, but first I wash my hair and get it into a towel to just only damp my hair. Then I apply no 0, take a transparent supermarket bag and put it on my head. I wait 30 minutes and then apply heat with a dryer. The plastic bag won't let your hair to dry. Then I apply no 3 and put again the bag. Then I wash my hair lightly again after a half hour, then I apply no 8 and put again the bag and wait and put the dryer to it and after an hour or two, I just rinse my hair and with damp hair I apply 6 and 7 together. And let it dry. I don't apply more heat I usually do this on sundays I have enough time to!
