How to Use PA DEP’s LCRR Service Line Inventory Excel Template 

EPA published the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) in January 2021, which requires all community and nontransient noncommunity water systems to submit a service line inventory to DEP by October 16, 2024. To assist these water systems in meeting the inventory requirements, DEP created a service line inventory template in Microsoft Excel (linked below). This video instructs water systems and their consultants in how to use the service line inventory template.
