Restart your PC, sometimes it could be you are not selecting the right camera on vMix.

The audio is recording from the phone but if you are going to use it for your church then get your sound engineer to run a separate cable to connect the audio mixer to vMix system.

you have to enable the audio from iriun webcam for it to send the audio down to vmix.

Your network is bad though. But you can try other method i shared.
