This video shows 2 ways to connect up the Xbox 360 or PS4 controllers to the Xbox Series X. The same process applies to the Xbox Series S. Remember that these adapters are not supported by Microsoft. Many thanks, Vince.
Wired definitely, but 360 controllers use a wireless signal while newer Xbox one and series X/S controllers use Bluetooth, so there isn’t a native way to connect them. They should definitely sell a licensed USB adapter tho
I've been looking online for a few days on how to mod a 360 controller to be able to play onto a series x and you've come to my rescue, thank you. #gameongamers 🎮👍
Thanks so much for this video. I only have one Xbox Series X controller, and a mate had an Nvidia Shield wired controller (with a USB - C adapter), did this via my Android phone, and BAM, worked just fine for what we needed! Much thanks mate!! nice one!
Having used this adapter for a while, I can confirm the input lag is almost to not noticeable at all while playing, and I'm talking about playing fps such as cod where input lag really matters. If you're not sure of buying it because of this, I can tell you you can without a doubt, it's a great adapter.
Are you referring to the Cronusmax plus? I've been trying to get my PS4 controller to work on the XSX for about a week after watching this video. I bought the same adaptor and still can't get it to work. No response from original poster.
Vince, if you use the security authentication from a controller can you use the controller to play, after you plug in a different one? I would like to know considering I only have 1 series x controller and one Xbox 360 wired controller. Thanks
Very nice! I have a xbox 360 wireless receiver. Is it possible to connect it with the xbox series controller carbon black? What are the carbon black conection possibilities?
Question about the 360 double controller via third party dongle setup : Both controllers logged in for two players, or both controllers logged in as one player ? Cause you mentioned it, but the explaination was a bit too short for clarification. Thanks in advance !
With the mini bluetooth adapter you put on the titan one adapter for ps4 controller. How many ps4/ bluetooth controllers can connect to the console if u use bluetooth adapter which will either be attach to cronomax/titan one adapters. How many controllers will be able to use it.
hey, now those adapters are great and all but the cheap way is looking awesome for non-esport play. I wonder how low the input lag would be if the phone is close to the router
Is there a way to save the security from a controller on the titan one? It gets really annoying having to plug in an xbox series x controller then unplugging it and plugging in the wireless receiver for the 360 controller
yeah Sony have a rep for that, their PS3 and PS4 were no different. I thought having a 14 Mbit connection was bad enough, but by default my mate's ps3 and ps4 would only use about 1/3 of it... try manually setting the DNS to either your router's IP Address or either googles or cloudflares DNS servers, as that's how I got things moving a bit quicker. oh, and always use ethernet!
Interesting video Vince! Would like to see the on remote play. Would love to see if you could stream to a tablet (android or iPad) - this could be a nice way to secretly get more gaming time, lol.
Hi, so happy to finaly find a video for that. But i would like to know, if these adapters work also my a scuf impact (PS4 controller), cause i would like to use it on the Xbox serie S
Thank you for this but just to confirm, in I am using the adapter method and want two players I need 2 adapters AND to different xbsx (or xbone) controller to authenticate then? So although I can use a different controller I still have to physically have that many compatible controllers in the first place? Also wondering if I turn off the system or unplug 5he adapter does the authentication stay from the previous controller?
yes, but into your description of the video, is not specified wich is the name of the adapters, or were we can buy them. Please to write it into the video description.
Looks interesting. I prefer PS controllers and was hoping to use one on my Xbox. But uh… do any of these methods give you audio through the PS controller? Like if I use my headset
Can you plug an Xbox elite 2 controller into ps5 with these. Is there one that’s a little better than the other (least limitations: like rumble and stuff). I’ve been looking at the bigbigwon r100 pro (only $25) but it only plays ps4 games on ps5, not ps5 exclusives. Do/would these have that limitation as well. Really thanks a lot if you can cover all these, even if you can’t thanks for the reply
In my case I have a Series S with a Series controller connected to it. I can connect the 360 controller via PC, but when I do the screen streaming, it only recognizes one input, that is: I manage to have two controllers working on my Series S at same time but both connected as player 1. Can anyone help?
Can someone please tell me can I use one of the dongles to use a razer Raju tournament controller wirelessly , with the Bluetooth dongle and the adapted
Hi, I saw your video and bought a Cronusmax Plus but I can't get my Xbox 360 controller to worn on my Series S, I updated the firmware and still nothing. In the official homepage it states it doesn't support Series X/S, how did you got it to work?
Iv looked everywhere is there any way of getting the PS4 controller speaker, vibration and touch pad working on the Xbox app. Iv got Xbox one running on the Xbox app on my iPad using a PS4 controller as the Xbox controller where out of stock !!?!
This is a dumb question- I have 4x 360 wireless controllers, do I need 4x wireless recievers and 4x converters/adapters? Or will a single receiver and converter work? Thanks to anyone still listening here!
I have an Xbox 360 Controller for PC with the wireless adapter. Can any one tell me does Xbox Series X/S Controller for PC be connected to PC via Xbox 360 Wireless adapter?

Is it possible to use multiple Xbox 360 controllers connected to my computer through one adapter and remotely control the Xbox using the Xbox app on the computer? ¿Es posible utilizar múltiples controles de Xbox 360 conectados a mi computadora a través de un adaptador y controlar de forma remota la Xbox utilizando la aplicación de Xbox en la computadora?
