Yes, the infrared LEDs generate deeper penetrating radiant heat. (850nm wavelength).

The knee LED wrap we have does a good job penetrating to the knee joint, about 2 cm. Our pulsed EMF can even go deeper, but that is a different type of therapy.

I have the opportunity to buy the used flexbeam at a really good price. I'll be using mostly for my lower back, but also my shoulder and knee. Does it really work, and is it worth $375 Canadian? It helps only when it's badly inflammated

That's a good schedule. If you have early osteoarthritis, bend your knee about 45 degrees and uses Level 5, constant, to expose more of the contacting surface.
