Hello. I have the 2022 SE Sport Accord and I can't figure out how to precondition my cabin after I auto start it. Once idling, the climate control gauges/fan doesn't even light up. Is there something I'm missing? Thank You
Remote start only puts the vehicle into accessory mode. This is the equivalent of turning a keyed ignition 1 notch. It does not turn interior lights on until you turn the engine on fully.

I remote started my 2022 civic from outside and the engine is shutting down when I get inside and start to drive. Is it the right way to drive the car after starting it with remote?
I know this is old. But did you get it figured out? Once you get in the car, you need to press the brake pedal and hit the “push to start” button. Otherwise If you get in and immediately try to shift into gear, the engine will shut down as a security mechanism.
My 2024 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport (Canadian Version) turn nothing on when I used remote start, dealer told me the remote start feature ONLY pre-condition the engine , not cabin temperature, heated seats and steering wheels , really not happy with this remote start feature
@@JediBob609 They don't know what they're talking about, they just want to sell you the car, period. My interior HVAC will turn on with full blast with heat when outside temperature dropped to 7c
