Hi thank you for a clear tutorial and explanation. However I am using the on-line version of Canvas and when I tried to get Type Converter from the Brother Solutions website, it doesn't give me that option. After it prompts me with my Scan n Cut machine and my computer/operating system, the option of Type Converter just doesn't come up. Any ideas?
@@oakvillecrafts Thank you. However the only thing that comes up under Utilities is Canvas Workspace, which obviously I already have. I have since discovered from Brother website, it's because Brother are no longer developing Type Converter and it cannot be downloaded for Mac computers beyond OSX 10.13, and my computer is on OSX 10.14 . I have discovered that I also cannot get the Download version of Canvas, as it is also only now available for PC's (not Mac). Sad and frustrating that Brother are not up with the game :-( Thank you again for your help, love your helpful tutorials!
