Thanks for this. I'm still a bit confused about the explanation of the Dependant condition and top-level condition. What's the A, B C or D condition? What if I have more than that? We normally have our reports based on top-level conditions.
Is there no way to just free-form type in a filter string? The wizard is nice, but say I have a specific list of 20 tickets, can I not just manually enter the query string somewhere? It would be way faster than configuring 20 separate rows of criteria boxes in a wizard.
Hi!! Hope this finds you.. Is there a way to find if any attachment is attached to the RITM of request in service now by creating a report!? I have limited access to snow in my vm! They have restricted most of the functionalities! I can't do scripting as well.. Reporting is the only way.. could you please help me with it!? Hoping for your reply..
