How to Use STICKY NOTES
Create a sticky note
Go to the left toolbar and click on the sticky note icon HERE. As you can see the cursor has become a Yellow square which is the sticky note that you can place anywhere on your whiteboard with just a click.
Change its color
When the sticky note has been activated, go to the color icon HERE. If you click there you can select the color you want. Another way to change the color is with this menu above the sticky note, HERE.
Changing its place and size
When you click on the sticky note the cursor becomes an arrow with 4 points letting you know that you can move and place your note wherever you want. Also, you will see a square with a spot on each corner. When you click on one of these spots you can resize the sticky note.
Writing and styling text
Start writing your text just by double clicking inside the note. In the above menu you can select the kind of alignment you want: left, center or right. Also if you want you can choose among bold, italic, or underline text.
Copy, paste, and duplicate
When you click on these 3 dots a menu is opened where you can choose to Copy, paste or duplicate the sticky note. Or you can use the shortcuts Ctrl + C in Windows or Command + C in Mac to Copy; Ctrl + V in Windows or Command + V in Mac to paste and Ctrl + D in Windows or Command + D in Mac to duplicate the Sticky note.
Organizing your sticky notes
When you have multiple notes you will want to organize them. Click on these 3 dots and you will see these four options: Bring forward, bring to front, send backward, and send to back. These options help to arrange your notes and any other whiteboard elements in the order you want.
Deleting
Finally, if you want to delete your sticky note you can do it by clicking on the 3 dots and select the delete option HERE or click on the note you want to delete and hit delete on your keyboard.
Using "Sticky notes" will make it easier to organize and present your information in your next zoom meeting.
