Kevin sounds best but still makes errors. Some day someone is going to have the obvious ide of using IPA and accent/tone marks. English is ok for entry but still has lots of ambiguities. e.g. "voice over" "voice-over" "voys owe fur" which sounds best e.g.

I find it super difficult to do a voice over, but is easier than using pre-recorded voices (depending if the video needs synchronization with what you are showing, aka a tutorial for example)
DON'T waste your money on Speechelo! With the "Standard" plan there is a character limit each month. So, if you are planning on using this for elearning or training forget it. It is a scam. I wish to God I would have not paid for this crap!
The problem I find with all of these text to speech programs is they read everything in one flat tone. No emotion, no recognition of exclaimation points. This makes for a bland experience and a dead giveaway that the voice is bot. If you are using it to read a story it works ok for the narration but character speech parts don't work because the robot reads everything flat with no emotion.
You really helped me just now. In my area, I can only record voice at night time, that ruins my timetable. If I do it in morning, the background voices and stuff don't allow me to record. Thanks for this video.
@TToorn I'm using this to make my own vids in another channel. No copyright issue yet. Other famous youtube channels also use these text to speech to make their vids. It's fine to use it.
You have solved the problem that I've been trying to solve for a long time, looking at the number of subscribers i.e. 2.24K makes me feel like I've stumbled upon a treasure that few know.
Hi thanks for the superb content. Furthermore, I would like to know about the Licensing terms of these voices and whether I would get a copyright strike for using them?
THE TTS FREE TEXT TO SPEECH IS THE BEST! I TRIED IT WITH THE CHINESE VOICES AND IT IS REALLY PERFECT! THANKS A LOT FOR THE TIPS AND THE AUDACITY EXPLANATION! LOVE AND TAKE CARE!
Does RU-vid moonetise videos made with these Voiceovers? I believe that they do NOT monetise such channels once they realise that AI voiceovers are being used? Has anyone got any personal experience in monetising such videos?
@@VoiceSonicLabsAI Most channels using text to speech voice usually a copy&paste from a source which goes against their repetitive policy. If they found it you are just using copy and paste material to your video you won't get monetize. But if they saw it as your original content and mostly from your own words, even if you use text to speech voice it is fine. For me though, I'd rather not use it to avoid the hassle of monetizing.
Both sound as fake as a robot. AI (oxymoron) has not proven to me that it is capable of inflection and emotion. Also, there is the issue of natural cadence. There is also a problem with pausing during read back to add effect. Human speech cannot be properly mimicked by AI, because AI is not yet capable of so many things. Speech, especially proper speech, is a complex issue and involves much more than heartless monotone read back of a written script. AI might be alright to an untrained ear, but it isn't capable of the nuance required to captivate and hold an audience. Oh, and by the way, use of commas may be a quick workaround, but when used in read back of sentences, it soon becomes apparent to a listener that he is in fact listening to some robotic reader. When I hear that annoying sound (AI) I cut the audio and just watch the video. Normally though, robot voice equals an immediate thumbs down followed by closing the tab the video is playing in. I've given presentations to live audiences and done some voice over work. In any case when I am speaking, the are several hours of practice and recording of my material followed by review and editing prior to me publishing my work, or doing the live presentation thing. Sorry for the rant, but this is a sore subject for me.
I think the natural pauses and inflection of human voice can be recorded as a separate file. Each word, no matter how badly spoken, could be recognized with pattern recognition. AI could then replace a correct version of each word adjusted for inflection after the detected pauses in a human's speech. This would remove all noise and provide perfect pronunciation. It would not need to know every word if it detected syllables. The human voice would still be needed as a guide since that takes more intelligence to generate pauses, and stresses. AI cannot do everything.
I wonder if you could have left out the space between "voice" & "over" and maybe gotten a better read that way. He sounds like he wants to give his voice, over to someone else. Do that allow you to use phonetic characters to manually correct the pronunciation?
I want to know how to sign up for text to speech paid version for Watson? I tried contacting them for assistance but nobody got back to me. I’ve used the free version but would like to use the paid option for my longer length content.
Rellace unemotional, uninvolved and untrained real human speech with unemotional, uninvolved computer speech? That’s a great way to show your viewers/ listeners just how much you don’t care. I’d love to see somebody raise the bar a couple of inches as opposed to watching it slip closer and closer to the ground.
A bit of a tweak is with Audacity (or Dark Audacity, the same thing without spyware). There are ways to change the pitch, speed, volume, and other effects with filters. "Kevin" could shout a bit.
Brother can I use this website or record in mobile 🤷🏻♂️ if uploaded like this text speech voiceover + background music,so I my channel monetize or not?
Awesome! The only thing is the pauses between the sentences and paragraphs. Like it is made in Balabolka, through that software's voice is not perfect. So, I wonder if we can work with pauses in Audacity... Cannot recollect that, should look...
Cadence has been made leaps and bound improvements with digital voices but still lack inflection or voice modulation, might be years before we see that happen. It’s tricky and requires lots of AI input. I don’t think any of these free voiceover version out there use AI.
I started to use tts in my last few videos.I added some background music and i think it is ok.I am not happy like when i was using my voice but for now that is not the option
i dont think the IBM link is working anymore .... i can not find the IBM text to speech page that looks anything like what you are showing in the video .... did they take it down ? if so where else can i make a good text to speech sound track ? thanks
I have seen many channels in 2020 that have been monetized by using tts. I would focus on the value. Doing this can help you reach the first 1000 subs and 4000 watch hours that is not monetized. Once you become a big channel you shouldn’t be using this text to speech anymore. :)
@@seanaslam thanks. It looks like "minibrain" finds that funny, until he finds himself taking his last breath on earth. Then he'll be saying the "Please, if you really do exist"... prayer.
hi! thankyou so much for the video. how did you time kevin's voice with different words? the ingredients list coming up at the exact speed as the computer voice over
i need this cos I want to commentate but its not like im going to reveal my voice lmao. plus some of these are pretty funny and can be used for memes ;D
When i try downloading the audio file for the watston text to speech it downloads but in the video i cant hear anything. Please tell me how to fix this.
