How to use the 1MORE ComfoBuds Pro / ES901 

If i saw the comments when I wanted to buy a pair 1yr ago I wouldnt buy this. All of a sudden right earbud decides to sync whenever it feels like. Contacted CS and they said they dont know any issue like that. Today i found these comments. NO MORE 1MORE. Should've push a firmware update or something to fix the sync issue. Good work for not fixing or acknowledge the issue 👏

wanted to buy this, but I do need all play/pause, volume +/-, next/previous track, and voice assistant. please update firmware to allow.

Hey I was using these for a couple months, then one day the left earbud stopped connecting. I tried all the methods of resetting, waiting until the battery drained and charging back to full, and it is still only the right earbud works… I think my pair is defective, what should I do?

My earbuds won't even sync up with each other (i.e. the alternating red/blue lights) right out of the box. They just flash blue repeatedly. No red.

ANC does work when playing music. Does ANC work during calls too?

These earbuds don’t have mono mode, for example listening to both channels from single earbud. How can we use that is there any trick for that ?

i bought one - but as the left earbud flashes red and blue - the right on just flashes blue slowly! and no device can find them!

I purchased 1 more comfo buds pro, can we activate anc strong mode by wearing one bud only? Sometimes i can activate anc strong mode by wearing one buds but sometimes i do both the buds to activate strong anc. Any suggestions would be well appreciated.

Not work left bud

They absolutely need a "find my device" feature. Especially the darker models easily get lost if you drop them. We've been trying to find my wives bud for a whole day now. Of course it has switched off already, so now we can only keep looking. She even knows in what room she lost it. This whole dilemma wouldn't exist if she had had the option to play a loud sound through the bud.

how to i active noise canceliing on windows?

My confort Buds pro… the right dont sincronize…. don't know what else I can do... I've tried everything... press 3x on the case. Hold for 8 seconds and nothing... when I put it in the box they light up led everything so I think it's not battery.. but for nothing they synchronize..

I've returned and bought a second pair of these now in the same week. Why is the pairing process so crap? Neither product that I bought even work properly! The first set, the right one wouldn't even blink. This second set, now the left one won't turn on. I'm never buying from 1More again.
