This video showcases the procedures of how to use binder with raw materials and water:
First step: mix the dry powder binder with mill scale/ dry powder sludge/ steel slag/ baghouse dust/ RHF dust/ sintering dust, iron/chrome/manganese/phosphorus/ fluorite/ nickle ore concentrate, mix them well;
Second step: add a certain amount of cold water, usually 6-10%, mix the raw materials, binder, water well;
Third step: feed the mixtures to the roller press machines to make the briquettes;
Fouth step: feed the briquettes to the dryer machine, 150℃，2hours;
This is the full production procedures of cold press briquetting !
