I have finally discovered that it is the blend mode in illustrator with one of the shortest tutorials on the internet and with an impressive result. Thank you for that!
I thought that I knew most Illustrator tricks..... but I never thought of using the blend tool for creating text... thumbs up to you mate. This is a really cool little tutorial.
Wow this is truly awesome! I used to have to open Cinema 4D for this type of effect and it would take forever, i never realized that this could be achieved using the blend tool. Thanks a bunch man!!
Was actually looking for a tool that will blend brush strokes like how it can be done in Ps, but this is cool too! Would definitely try doing this myself.
oh wow thank you! this is great! I've learned so much from you already. didn't get to further my studies in graphic design but God helped me in many other ways and you're one of them! 😄
simple but impressive intro to blending, so thank you very much! one issue, though: even using an ellipse as a letter O, the blending leaves my Os gaping open! what's going on?
thanks so much! I already worked with Photoshop for this effect and wondered how this can be achieved with Illustrator to work with much more control over the process.
