Thank you so much for the wavy blade demos on different materials. Good to know about the turn allowance. I just ordered mine yesterday so will get soon & can't wait to try. As always I learn so much from you.
Thank you for these videos! I’ve had my maker for over a year but just recently used the wavy blade and perf blade. I did have some issues with both blades not cutting all the way through my card stock. Is there a way to adjust the pressure?
Thanks for these incredible videos. One suggestion, when using material that is hard to see, example tule or acetate put something dark behind it so the item would show up on camera :-)
THANK YOU !! for this video, I'll be getting my tools soon. didn't get the perforation too it was separate and really don't know yet what to do with it..till I watch your video in future. :) IF YOU added more pressure for the leather, would it have cut out the others? also your felt looked a little stiffer than just reg. felt, was it? THANK YOU AGAIN ,LOVE YOUR VIDEOS..
The felt was Cricut felt so a stiff felt. The pressure really wasn't the issue. It was sort of pushing up the leather and got stuck. Probably a new mat (UGH LEATHER AND ALL THE MATS) and pressing down really well. I would also just be REALLY careful to maintain the correct sizes on leather as it is going to be harder to cut. I do totally think it is possible though.
Only the blades that came with my maker is working with my machine. It doesn’t recognize the scoring wheel, the wavy blade nor the other blades is doing anything even though the machine recognizes them
Angie Holden I finally got the single scoring wheel to work when they asked for the double scoring wheel. Then after that perforated blade worked and the wavy blade. I ordered the other blades so I hope they work on the first try.
