THANK YOOOOOOOOOU!! Thank you for the time and effort you put into this video!! I couldn't get the left bud to power on, connect to right bud or pair with BT. But finally, after like 15 damn minutes of failed attempts and another 5 minutes doing a Google search for my issue.. I was SEEEEEETHING frustrated 😤. Luckily, my champion would ultimately come to me in the form of this comprehensive, user-friendly upload! Here was where I was going wrong: I was taking the left one out first initially, then I wasn't patient enough to wait for the right one to "wake up" before removing left. When I did this, the left one would power on then directly back off.. I already tried a similar approach as reconnecting the 120tws model, which obviously, did not work either. But, now.. thanks to you I'm happy to report my issue was 100% resolved by this video alone and I am (now) very satisfied with my brand new JBL 125tws Earbuds.. This entire issue could've been avoided by simply allowing them to sync up upon removal from case (in any order you choose) and if the "Quick Start Guide" included didn't have sections with WHITE ink ON a very PALE YELLOW background. The ink almost fully disappears in the center of this section. I don't understand how these issues got passed a focus group to begin with. The QSR is the likely first thing the purchaser will be reading. These issues are just derpy AF .. (seriously though.. WTAF?! 🤷🏼 Maybe next time JBL should just go for the gold and try using WHITE ON WHITE for the QSG? 🤦🏼
Tremendously helpful. Thanx. I was able to listen along while looking at the instructions and playing with them. I thought about returning them but, I'm good now.
I expected them to be kinda bad but there very nice pure bass slim and small and I love the different sizes for the ear things I wish the case was a bit smaller though
Omgggggg THAAAANK YOU!!!! Had sooo many issues, but finally got it working thanks to you. 10/10 would watch again when im to *stoopid* to figure it out myself
Thank you so much, I spent hours trying to figure out why it was not connecting to my iPhone. It wouldn't cross my mind to take one earbud out of the case. My gratitude!
Hi, do you know why the left one only works when the right one is also out. I have them both paired. I saw on the video you can use either one on its own. But for me, only the right one works by itself, but when I want to just use the left one, it won't work with out the right one. I'll have both on, but I place the right one back in the charger, the left one stops working, but the light on the left one is still blue.
Hi! How do you configure (equalize) the sound? Is it possible? I downloaded the "JBL Headphones" app, but the app doesn´t support this model (tune 125tws). Can anybody help me? Thanks
Do they have Master/Slave or not? I don't want any slowdown while watching a video.. And would you recommend JBL Tune 125TWS or LAMAX Dots2? Thanks a lot, great review
Hi, can you please tell me what I can do when only one of my earbuds aren't working? The Left earbud just plain doesn't turn on no matter what I do. The right earbud works perfectly fine, but it doesn't connect to the Bluetooth for some reason. There's just a jumble of mess that I can't figure out here. These are a good month old too.
Hi, when the left earbud does not turn on at all I’m afraid it is simply broken. Since your earbuds are still under warranty I’d contact JBL service for a free replacement.
@@MegaSafetyFirst - Actually, I would recommend doing a factory reset, like in your video here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8Nx2pazpHFs.html . Worked like a charm for me, Nando; give that a shot before sending back to JBL.
Thank you very much. I went from Apple earbuds to these JBL, and I was extremely confused. So thanks so much. I do have one question. When the Ear Bud beeps, is there a notification? I really am not sure what that sound is.
Love these things. The battery last literally forever. They sound great too. My only complaint is the bass is a little too strong wish there was a way to turn it down.
Sir good pm slightly confuse the jbl that model. I have that one model. Sir before i put the case the ear buds i already off the ear bud. But when i put the ear bud (already off) the case is turning on again so if its okay the case at ear buds is on always when put that. The batt is going empty so what can i do? O maybe not put the buds in the case? When im not using.
Hi! I don't know if everyone have the same problem but my JBL 125 has a Fade-in really annoying at some point. Somebody knows how to solve that??? I can't understand it!!! 😕
Mono and Stereo mode - My left earbud keep shutting down after playing for a short while with only the right side playing. Why is this occurring? Thank you for the support!
My first guess is that the battery inside of that earbud went bad. In case your earbuds are still under warranty I’d contact JBL support for a free replacement.
I was worried about this too, BUT your ear buds should have come with extra "buds" for different sized ears. I tried all three pairs, gave them the "shake-my-head-quickely" test to try and dislodge them, and I found the right sized buds for my ear holes.
Hello, Your video was very helpful. But I can't hear anything from my left earbud. What suggestions would you recommend to do in this case. Thank you so much!!! Have a great evening!!!😊😊😊
HEELLLP! I have watched the video twice and I still can’t get my right earbud to work. What am I doing wrong? I don’t get the blue blinking lights on the right side, why.
Sounds like you need to do a factory reset on yours. I did this to my pair and it worked. He has a video on how to do this: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-8Nx2pazpHFs.html My set came with the left not working; doing the factory reset puts everything back to normal and you can "re-pair" the buds. Hopefully this works for you!
I was able to change the volume without taking my phone out of my pocket, but you have to double press for your voice assistant. It worked with Google Assistant anyway.
Some phones have a volume limitation to prevent hearing damage. Maybe that mode is activated on his phone? I personally never go over 50% volume - even in loud environments.
Mine is too loud lol. The lowest volume often is too loud and I have to go into fine-adjusting it. But thats usual with new headphones and they often get less loud over time
Very helpful. But I'm having a problem pairing with my HP PC. It only detects the name with -LE at the end (as we saw in the demo) but not the regular name. Then it asks for a PIN, which I don't have. I have found some hints on what to enter, like 0000, but none have worked. Can you please help? Thanks!
Hi, it shouldn’t ask for the pin. And it won’t accept one when the PC asks for it. Sometimes it helps to just start over with the pairing process. In case it is an older PC the Bluetooth driver might need an update.
@@MegaSafetyFirst Thanks for the tip! I saw another of your videos that showed how to do a factory reset by pressing and holding one button while it's in the case, and now it's pairing exactly like the directions say!
There’s no support from the JBL headphones app to adjust the audio of the earbuds themselves. But it should be possible to adjust the audio with the built in equalizer of the smartphone.
Hi, I’ve had the same problem a couple of days after getting them. I tried a factory reset, which didn’t fix the problem for me. But after just letting them sit overnight the problem disappeared and never showed up again.
Just make sure you have the correct sized buds on these and you'd be fine. I use mine in the gym, while golfing, or w/e and they haven't fallen out once. Try the different sized buds, give them a "shake your head frantically" test and you should be good!
so when I pair this to my smartphone It takes forever for me to be able to connect it back to my laptop. and when I re-connect it to my laptop, I need to reset everything to make it so it can connect to my phone. there is no Bluetooth button too. never had such a hard time using earphones ever and I own the beats headphones and used to have AirPods. is there no solution for this? if not, it's a bad product.
Only the left earbud works even after charging for 2-3 hours. When I pull out left earbud the pairing light goes on, but that doesn't happen with right ear bud even after trying to reset.
