If I could give this brand less than one star I would without hesitating. I don't know about the product itself because I never got to try it due to the fact that customer service has such poor communication. Their 2 day shipping is full of shit, I called multiple times to confirm my order and that it was shipping but I got no answer (via the phone), I emailed them countless amount of times and got an answer a week later, when I did get an answer they told me that their "system" cancelled my order (again no one decided to tell me this or call and let me know...instead I was waiting around for nothing) and the only response I got back was an apology and " thanks for your feedback, we will let our team know so no one else has the same experience" ....thanks Kayla (customer service representative) but what about my experience...unfortunately I've heard nothing but good things about the brand but since my experience I refuse to shop there at all because of the terrible service I received. So thanks for nothing Charlotte Tilbury team.

Point of doing makeup on her is to say that no one is beautiful unless you have makeup on.
