the gun is still pretty fun to use when you are winning with something like 15-1. All the weapons that exist but are not used that often (like sawed-off, dual berettas or negev) are really fun to use

Fun Fact about the Revolver, It has Abnormally Great Accuracy when using the left-click on Ladders. While its Limited and Situational, to the point of it being almost unusable, still something interesting.

How to fix: Longer time for Primary BUT you can hold it down and when you release it fires. Secondary is more accurate, but a little slower. Same damage as the deagle, but higher body dmg. Don if this would actually fix it, but it might help

The R8 isn't more practical than DEagle in any way possible, but it can do some things that DEagle will never be able to. R8 deals approximately the same amount of damage as Scout since the nerf, so you can use it to wallbang people efficiently through surfaces even as thick as the metal doors on Dust 2, although it seems a lot weirder on Cache, since that map has a lot of odd walls, which would seem to be easily penetrable, although they aren't. R8 makes a really good counter for AWPers just like the Scout does, if you can shoot through walls.

aug is to expensive AND THE MOST ACCURATE GUN IN THE GAME LIKE WTF AN AUTOMATIC RIFLE IS MORE ACCURATE THAN A SNIPER RIFLE THAT IS MADE FOR ACCURATE SHOTS SO FUCKING BROKEN. but the sg553 or how he calles it sg556 is a good gun because it ignores armour. its like "armour? wait thats a real thing?"

When you watch this in 2019/2020 when everyone have realised that the sg and aug is op

They Kind of Buffed the R8, as well as a Nerf (Almost Unnoticeable Accuracy change and faster Fire rate)

they should ad a function where you can pull back the hammer to cock it back so it has no trigger delay but only for one shot like IRL, still good for peaking but not for sustained fights or multiple enemys, really takes the most stinging part of it away that really limits if from being meta or at least sometimes the best option, the deag is still better for sustained fights and more enemys and allows for fuck up while being not great at long hallways, while the R8 is a cheap multi use cheap gun, it can be a cheap shotgun and scout

i love the R8 Revolver, nerf or no nerf, i love it. when i saw it on youtube, i thought "huh, that weapon looks good!" but when i used it, IT WAS TERRIBLE. but then i got used to it and now i use it every game! (and btw R8 is best on Overpass and Austria).

I feel the hammer pullback time was the point they nerfed it too far. the damage needed the obvious nerf but the 0.33 second hammer delay felt natural, now the gun just feels very off tempo with the 0.40 second delay even to this day. lmao at the brony with the top comment calling this cringe tho XD you're stuff's inspirational to mine and golden.
