I wanna share my experience of following the last video on releasing negativities. I followed that affirmation in the release your past negativities video and it just does wonders. It's been two days and its very powerful AJ. Combine it with the hooponooo technique(the first video that u made on it not this one) and its a very deadly combination. Use hooponooo + that affirmation on past negativities and ur negativity will be reduced to 60% in a day. Ur mind and body will in a more calm state and u will be at peace.
