Hello Jane. The first obvious choice is to check your batteries in the remote and also the shades. I hope you get it fixed. I’d contact the dealer that you purchased them from and ask them for assistance. You can also call Rollease customer service at 800 552 5100 for help in resolving your issue.
@@PaulKempler Hey! I have a group of 5 window shades that are default set to channel 0 and one of them isn't working. There was no beeping or any indication of low battery but whenever I use 0 or the specific number for that blind to bring it down it won't work. I recall before it stopped working that it and another shade didn't go down all the way but that other shade is still functioning properly. I tried presssing the p1 button as well too and that had no affect.
