I am a bit curious why you put a 0 index on the form contact dom element. There is only one, no?

Even if its one element, getElementByClassName returns array, so I used 0.

@@ashiscoding ah ok. In my code, I did getElementById and it’s working fine for me without the index, probably because ids are unique and so they only return one dom element. Thanks for your response!
