How to use the Vileda ProMist MAX Spray Mop for fast & easy floor cleaning 

When I mop with this, anyone faced streaks on the floor..?

Bought this, worked great for a couple of weeks, now the thing leaks everywhere and has rendered it unusuable.

So I showed up here like everyone else, trying to troubleshoot this crappy product. Mine crapped out on the second use. Leaked everywhere. Can’t be fixed. What a waste of money. Seems like quite a few people have the same problem. Guess I should have read the reviews first. Buyer beware!!! And don’t bother with your copy and paste customer service I’ve already sent the email now I’m just waiting.

I also had a problem with the sprayer not spraying. After contacting Vileda, a very nice and helpful rep guided me through several things to try to unclog it. Unfortunately, nothing has worked. This is the second time this has happened; 2 different units. I will not be buying a third. Good mop while it worked but too expensive to throw out monthly.

I am so disappointed. My issue is that it leaves streaks on my laminate floor. No problem with the sprayer but yu can see marks left by the pad. $ wasted.

Again Vileda, why are you designing these so we have to touch and fight with dirty mop heads? Look at the man-handling that needed to be done to get the mop head off. Try doing that with a dirty wet mop pad that's just finished cleaning pet pee or kid's vomit. YUCK. I should be able to put a foot on it and slip it off and hold it twixt finger and thumb and dump it into a bucket or the machine. Added points if I can slip the new mop head on without having to bend down as well. Please think about this for your next designs!

Mine keeps leaking everywhere !!

I've had my Pro Mist for a year and have used it on a regular basis. Unfortunately the same thing to this one as had happened to a previous model by Vileda., It quit . spraying. The bottle refuses to lock into place .If I push down hard on the top of the bottle , it will then spray. This is most annoying and I will NOT be buying a third one!

Bought this vileda mop on Saturday no way is there a way to release the bottle as shown in the video., there is no black button on the base...what is the answer? Anyone out there help me please???

I was so pleased with the mop, but now the mop is leaking. This is the same problem Adrianne is having. I will contact Vileda at the address provided.

I need some help, my cleaner as above has quit spraying, doesn't look clogged.. just quit? Yes I filled the bottle, a great cleaner when it sprayed! Any suggestions?

Seems everyone including myself has the same issue. It stops spraying, for no reason. There is not clog or anything it just doesn't work

Just perched 1 and it wont spray, spray trigger is floppy with no resistance??

I believe that we should NOT put solution inside the bottle but only hot water, then while we spry water we can spry in the same moment solution directly on the floor ( solution should be not to rinse ), this will make the Vileda promMst work properly....

One pad washed at a time

Dear Vileda. I've disassembled three times the unit, never being able to fix the issue where it won't spray. There seems to be a design error where the inner tube (or stick) gets stuck and can't fully make it back to position so the trigger can push again. You end up with a loose/short trigger and almost no spray. Seems like it's getting stuck in the front part of the pole. If you have a solution please let me know.
