It depends on the payment gateway you are using to complete the transaction process. Then when the vendors request for the withdrawal, you can transfer the money using the payment gateway. In case of Cash on delivery, you can use the Reverse Withdrawal feature to get commission.
There is a big Flaw... searched a lot but no solution. Split amounts to vendor1, Vendor2, Vendor3 or so on, Web Admin Commission from Principal Amount paid by customer? Please make this plugin so affective so that it can detect individual amounts. Its very very critical for market places!
