So for altcoins, does this mean that I have to move them from the crypto exchange to Metamask, and then to Trezor, therefore incurring two sets of transfer fees, and then the same again in reverse when it comes time to sell?
I connected my Trezor into Metamask and now my coins are stuck on Metamask. Metmask freezes and crashes every time I try to sign a transaction. This is a common issue and when I look for any remedies, there are none. I tired all the trouble shoot errors including installing all the updates, reimporting my seed phrase into new browsers, and still nothing works. Please help!
How many accounts are there when connecting the trezor and picking one ? I have been scrolling through and am at 410 already and keeps going. Thanks. I have an issue that I never seen or heard. I created a new hidden wallet from trezor and connected to metamask and it gave me the address ,the first one. So all is matched from trezor. I did a transaction and then after it was done it gave me a different address. And now I can't access that address and it gave me a new address. As if it swapped accounts on the same account. One moment I have the address trezor gave me and then trezor changed it to another new account . The previous one is on the chain but I can't access of find the address from my passphrase or standard. Hope that makes sense. I'm baffled and never seen or heard anything like that happening .any opinions or suggestions ? Thanks
Hi Peppi, there is basically an infinite number of wallets. Your issue is the wrong passphrase. Please, contact our support via link in the description.

What happened is I created a passphrase and had it all written down and then when I connected it again an hour later to shop I typed in a new passphrase out of thin air without realizing it ,convinced it was the one I wrote down. And hence It was illusionary changed. I shopped on that new one and then I logged out and now I couldn't access it because I didn't know the passphrase I created and kept showing a new address. So was not lost. Was just not accessible. After 8 hours of making up possibilities passphrase and meditation,lol, I was able to find it. The thing is I have had to type this not made up passphrase by my own twice perfect to even do that. So it was a subconscious typing without me even knowing. Convinced it was the same one I just set up an hour prior. That's when I saw a glitch but it was my mind that glitched. I appoligize for the scare out there for others maybe. It was not trezor fault. Trezor did exactly what it is supposed to do. I was the one. Well I learned something valuable and new, that gave me an extra tool and precaution. To new people or any, Make sure you triple check the fisical trezor wallet passphrase when it reveals it you to confirm it . Make sure it matches your written down on paper one. Go letter, number, symbols at a time. Just missing one can create a new address if you missed typed it by some reason. Thanks.
Is trezor ever gonna make the wallet compatible with NFT:s. Love it but feel like you guys are loosing a lot of costumers to the Ledger wallet cuz of the simple an amazing interaction they have with actual NFT:s. Is this something you guys have been discussing?
Hi, you can already use NFTs with both Trezor models. All you need to do is to connect your Trezor to the Metamask extension. Actually, you can use Trezor with multiple 3rd party apps if you like their interfaces more.

But I was referring to the slight advantage Ledger has over Trezor with their amazing UX/UI. When I go back to add my standard wallet, it jumps straight to the "select account" screen. I'm never able to get back to the passphrase screen.... Why?

Hi, it's completely safe to use your Trezor with MetaMask or any other 3rd party wallet. Trezor was actually designed to keep your wallet safe even when used with 3rd party software or an infected computer even. Just make sure you always check all transaction details on Trezor's display to confirm it shows exactly the same info as the host device, so you know everything is alright!
My funds are stuck on Metamask when I connected my Trezor. Im a new user of Trezor and will never buy another one. They are good for the coins they support in their Trezor Suite. However their integration with Metamask does not work with ERC20 tokens. All of my cons are stuck on metamask that is connected to my Trezor.
wish I had never purchased and installs. Sucks when your funds get locked in a hidden wallet that you didn't setup and now left questioning how the f did that happen. Oh well 'Watch Only' never to access again.
