Thank you so much for your videos! 😍🙏🏻I recently found you! And its so nice to see more people using the tuning forks and helping each other! I have my planetary forks so instead of 128hz ,my lowest one is OM 136hz so do you think I can use it the same way as you showed with 128hz around the face?

Hi Vika! Thank you for connecting! I plan on venturing into using planetary forks maybe you can share your insights! I think that using 136 on sounds good for using around face. Acutonics might also have recs as they use the planetary forks on acupressure points 😊

I work on feet, some acupressure points and then along the spine using essential oils for deep release of toxins and emotional and physical waste.

Are the size of the stems on forks generally the same across brands? I have different forks but I’d be interested if the gems would fit on the ones i have

I’ve had a very painful right shoulder since a motorcycle accident in 1979 , I had an operation in which the surgeon said he could fix me completely, he made it worse. I can’t lift my arm above my head or behind me and am in constant pain . Can a tuning fork help me if I buy one?

Aloha! I’m so sorry to hear! I love using tuning forks for painful areas on myself. Of course I can’t promise anything and I’m not a medical professional so full disclaimer, but what I do know if that frequencies above 100hz in research have shown to reduce scar tissue. We use the 128hz fork from biosonics for fascia release. It also releases nitric oxide in the blood which increases circulation. You can buy an expensive $1000 massager o forget the company but a tuning fork is much cheaper! I would recommend the 15mm gem foot which you can remove for deeper work holding in one spot at a time and then using gem foot to make circles or live across areas of construction. Kauai ! Wettest spot on earth ‘ talk about mold 😳let’s hope the human potential eventually take the other species here into consideration ...Hawaii does have the worst animal welfare laws in the us. And proud of it literally breaks my heart every time I leave my house 😔. But Kauai is the best when it comes to that * tiny island. I’m on Big I and the mold is terrible the walls mold, shoes mold within a month, truck is covered in green mold within a couple of weeks ...I can’t wait to get to leave 🙏 Ps . I like your gem feet ! Personally I cannot hit the fork on my body more than once . Way Too uncomfortable sometimes painful and I’m very “strongly built” * my Favorite thing is the rubber activator from SWB 256 !

Oh I’ll have to check out SB? Is that a brand? Yes mold Hawaii for sure however clean air, nature, less stress as compared to LA. We are doing our best to avoid mold and I’m doing better in Kauai than La so I’ll take that!!! We are in Poipu in dryest part 😁 And ocean air!!!! 🌺

After seing this i felt inspired and tried using my 128 with big gemfoot on my face, around the eyes and nose, across the brows, down the neck and so on. Just to try it, not doing a whole routine. Felt nice, and cold from the room temperature gemfoot, but now afterwards i feel weird in the face! My sinuses feels like they wanna pop and there's pressure around one eye. Do you think that's the lymphatic fluid that moved a bit? Do you recognize these kinds of sensations? Thank you for the video, it's always interesting to watch others talk about their take on how to use the tuning forks :) i think I'm gonna make a video about it as well. / Jenny

Hi Jenny! It’s hard to say, perhaps the vibration loosened some stuff up and it wasn’t able to drain properly. The interesting thing about our lymph system is that is doesn’t have an automatic pump. You could use your hands and do a lymph flush - there’s def some YT videos on how to do that manually. You could also use the forks again but you need to clear the whole path around the neck to the thymus gland, the divot where neck meets chest. Then the neck down and then face, clearing a path for lymph to move. Hope that helps!
