How To Use Ultenic T10 Self-Empty Robot Vacuum 

Hi dear, if you plan to buy two of T10 self-empty robot vacuums, you don't need to download two apps, you can just pair two of the robots in one Ultenic APP. And currently, our dock amd vacuum are sold together. So, you may buy one set first, and let the robot map upstair and downstair, just need to take the robot to the floor where you want it to clean. It can't do multi-map as advertised by the seems of it? I just did an auto clean upstairs and it has deleted the map for downstairs :(

Hey dear, please go to our app, click More functions, cleaning record, choose the map you want to use, and then you can do multi-map on your phone ^_^

@@UltenicOfficial Why don’t you update your videos as they are outdated. Your app mapping is completely different. And what is this nonsense about maps being deleted after 6 months? Why?

How did you reset? I am not happy with mine. I had purchased 2, and both not working now. Ultenic has not been helpful at all, neither has the website I purchased from
