Hi Stewart, great video. Want to ask a question that I can't find an answer to ANYWHERE. How can I send a message to a filtered group from my customer list? I own a restaurant and if I want to send a message to all customers who are labelled NEW + those also with a label of DELIVERY? I can only find how to use ONE label at a time! Can this be real - that you can only use one table to make a selection at at time?

Welcome. I suggest using a free communication tool like Slack for internal coms. WhatsApp isn't really good for bulk messages. Unless, you have everyone in one a closed WhatsApp group.

I have a dual sim Android mobile. I use the Google contacts app, and I have friends and family on my personal gmail account, and business contacts in a separate Google for business account. How do I prevent my friends and family contacting me on my WhatsApp for business? Some family people have my business number too
Yes so four seperate business apps can access the one WhatsApp business account. We have a tutorial coming soon on how to set this as well as with the API.

Hi again...when i select connect fb ( in the reach more customers section of whatsapp business) it ask if i want to log onto fb, i then press "yes" and i get to a screen that says "Create a facebook page from your whatsapp profile" and it gives me two options 1- use whatsapp profile and 2- enter different info. i don't understand...i already created my fb page why is it asking me to create it again....am i doing something wrong...please help. thanx

I would love if you could cover on how to link my Whatsapp business account to the desktop app. I do have my personal phone number linked to the desktop app currently, and am trying to find a way to also/ separately link the whatsapp business account/phone number to the desktop app
@@StewartGauld that won't work for the Desktop App I'm afraid. It's easy to run whatsapp in your browser window, but in the proper desktop app I'm not sure how you can run two instances simultaneously or run two phone numbers in the same instance 🤷🏼♂
What happens when we migrate from the regular WhatsApp to the the business version? Do we lose our message and media history? Is it possible to migrate back to the personal version?

So that all the employees be able to see whats going on with specific customers and if one employee is off then another employee can answer the query for the customer. If yes then how many employees at the same time can stay online.

Hello, do you know how to prevent group members from seeing who belongs to them in my Whatsapp group?
