In this video Mike goes over How to Use Wireless DMX Transmitters and Receivers with the Rockville DMX-WTR and DMX-WRE. Wireless DMX technology allows you to control Both Standard DMX Lights and and wireless DMX Lights from a DMX Controller without the hassle of running a really long DMX cable from the controller to the first light in the chain. It uses 2.4 GHz signals to do this which gives you incredible range (up to 1968 feet). This allows you to have complete freedom in where you place your lights. If you have a party or event hall and you want to create a consistent mood in different rooms you can put one receiver on a light and put it in one room and put another receiver on one light and put that in a different room. You can connect 25 Receivers to one transmitter effectively giving you control of 25 different light locations. The Receivers are rechargeable and have a 9 hour battery life which gives you everything you need to effectively run a gig.
