Keep in mind that you need the right players for the right tactics, you need a fast CB? You get a cb with high pace and acceleration (Saliba, and Tomori are good) you need a CM with high passing and Dribbling (I use Pedri and develop him as playmaker, and I use Jude Bellingham, Odeegard is pretty good too) need fast Winger with good shooting (Devlop Alphonso Davies as RW, and Inverted Winger, and Bukayo Saka) and always get a good GK I recommend Mike Maignan and develop him as sweeper keeper gets to 92 easy 😉
