Hello. Do you press something to switch the camrea on after you connect it to the charger? My camera doesn't respond even after being connected to the charger for a few hours
Hi... dont need to press any on button on the cam. It should be able to turn on after a few seconds after you switch on the charger. 1) The charger that you use should not be more than 5V 2A. 2) Do double check see if the charger is working properly or not by pluging in a phone to charge. if still have the same problem, most likely the camera is defective. get a refund or replacment from you seller.
You might have bought a OEM camera that looks the same but from other manufacturer which uses other applications. Ask Ur seller what is the correct app to use with the cam they sold you.
Yes you can, as long as the cam is connected to a wifi network you can view, download the video, record directly onto your phone and control the cam from your phone. You will be able to see the image during daytime. If the image is darkened you need claim warranty from you seller. If day time image is ok and your getting dark image during night means the IR is not working. It should auto turn on if there is not enough light. you need claim warranty from you seller.
pity no audio (speaking) Just like the app - a closed box - non existent error reporting exccept meaningless cryptic messagesw like 'abnormal network' or 'Camera Offline- check USb cable, connection' if only it was that simple. Is it IP address comflict? Is it broadband speed for HD isnt good enough? No idea. How to change to still frame or lower resolution? no idea. nothing.

A “Network Connection Failed” error in the app is due to the phone connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) when using the app to view the camera. To properly isolate this issue, please try the following: 1. Make sure the camera is powered on. Try plugging the camera and power cable into a working power outlet. 2. Ensure that your cellphone has strong Wi-Fi. After verifying, check to see if the camera is back online in the app. 3. Move the camera next to your router. If you are using a wired camera and not a wire-free (battery) camera, unplug the power cable and plug it back in. 4. Ensure there are no obstructions that may block the signal between the router and the camera. If you are now able to view the camera, see if the connection is stable. If the camera is staying online next to your router, the issue is the Wi-Fi connection between the router and the installed location. If the indicator light on the camera is blinking, there is a connection issue with the camera to the router. If the camera light is solid the connection from the camera to the router is working fine. As a last resort, please reboot your router. (Unplug the power cable for 5 - 10 seconds, then plug it back in)
Hi... the features are for you to save the videos to thier cloud server, need to pay rent for it. If you dont want to pay you can just buy a Micro SD card and record the videos onto the card. The advantage of saving videos to their server is, in case your house got broken into and they took the cam with them the videos is safely uploaded on the their server and you still can see what happen. I don't prefer cameras with the yiiot app. And I wouldn't advise anyone. Because the application pays for cloud storage and makes the devices of those who do not subscribe unusable. I definitely don't recommend anyone to buy devices that work with the app.
The camera does work without the cloud service. You just insert a Micro SD card and the videos will be recorded onto the card. A cloud storage account is a good option if your house got broken into and they also took the camera with them. If the videos is recorded on the sd card you wont be able to see the foostage. If its uploaded onto thier cloud server, even the camera was stolen. the video is already uploaded, you can still see the videos. Do subscrib to my channel for future uploads. Thanks 👍😃.

Existem muitos fabricantes OEM produzindo a mesma câmera e usando o mesmo aplicativo. Algumas das câmeras são de boa qualidade, outras são lixo barato e não duram muito. Não é uma câmera YI loT original. O fabricante apenas usa a licença do aplicativo apenas para sua câmera.
